  1. Chrome looks terrific and sure adds to the attractiveness of the car.
  2. I took some pics and played with them in the Kodak software. Take a look. Better?
  3. Very pretty, clean, and SHINY :)
  4. Ryan, I should have mentioned that I won't rip you off in postage. Let's say you want to order something relatively flat (air filter, valve cover, gas pedal, etc.) that would easily fit and ship in a normal business envelope. I wouldn't feel good charging $2.50 for postage when it could be mailed for $0.44. Better to PM or email me before you order so we can work it out.
  5. Have you thought about the 1:1 aftermarket guys that gold plate emblems? They seem to connect a wire and then brush different liquids onto the parts and they turn gold.
  6. Let's me realistic, Cruz. People are people and everyone will never get along all the time. Look at the wars and armed conflicts going on around the world. I guess it's just human nature. Sure, I'd like to see the day that we have no differences of opinion on this forum. After all, we're all model people, right? Patience has never been one of my virtues, but I try to maintain a level of respect for fellow modelers. I'm sure if/when I get out of line, somebody will let me know.
  7. When you do Paypal it should send me the info along with your address. If you'd like, send me a PM or email with your address, part #, and quantity.
  8. I'll be looking for some darker paper. Black doesn't work - already tried it. Maybe a medium to dark gray? I'll see if Wal-Mart has anything tomorrow.
  9. Sorry, I'm not the greatest picture taker. I shot them against dark paper and they looked worse than with the light blue paper. I was afraid if I primed everything that I would be accused of trying to hide some details, so I left them bare. If you tell me the part(s) numbers you might be interested in, I could try and take better pics to send you. In the meantime, I've been trying to find a free website to use instead of Photobucket, am planning a major revamping of my packaging, deleting quite a few items, and adding a few more items. When I do that, I'll be taking fresh pics of everything - I might be buying a new camera for the new pics.
  10. I believe there was a fuel injected small block Chevy powered rail called Giant Killer that ruled that class.

    '66 Nova

    Nice looking Nova.
  12. Depends on what's being glued. I use Tenax, Loctite thin and gel, Zap-A-Gap CA, Testors liquid, Testors in the red tube, Krystal Klear, and Elmer's.
  13. Yeah - SHINY :)
  14. Very nice and very SHINY :) .
  15. Excellent street cruiser.
  16. Nothing like a SHINY :) red 57 Chevy. Looks good.
  17. Found that Fujimi accessory kit on Ebay. The prices varies from $5 -15. I'd pay $5 but not the $8-15 in postage. Oh well. I'll do without it.
  18. It's looking just terrible - but that's good. Right?
  19. I'm making a list. I'll be visiting my Mom and if she feels up to a ride, we'll hit a few places.
  20. Marcia takes the turkey to work for lunch.
  21. No problem, Joe. Go on over to www.mags.name for more info. There's probably more info on the 1:1 stuff at the National Street Rod Association website. I'll be around there all weekend wearing a neon green T-shirt that has FAST on the front and Florida Auto & Scale Trucks Model Club on the back. Trust me, she won't be able to miss the shirt. You didn't say anything about an autograph though. What's up with that?
  22. All right, Nick. I like SHINY :) .
