  1. Matt - how 'bout making a 1964 Dodge Dart. I'd prefer the 2 door post but could live with a hardtop.
  2. I usually paint the area close to the color of flocking and then use Elmers glue to hold the flocking. It sounds like the notecard idea. Thanks guys.
  3. I have an application where I need to have two tone flocking. Much of the interior will be red flocking but I need to make a 1/2" wide gold flocking stripe. Anybody got any ideas?
  4. The whole build is extremely nice but I'm really impressed with the interior. I wouldn't mind knowing your secret to getting the gauges to look so good.
  5. Glad to see you're posting again, Tom. I thought you fell off the planet. I'm still anxious to see how you're going to do those side vents.
  6. That's a very nice build. The paint is so shiny and interior looks terrific.
  7. Good one, Paul. I'd like to see that too! I'll betcha one of the resident experts here would be able to show us. Please?
  8. Super details, Danno. I like how you're able to lift the body to be able to see all the interior details. I sorta remember Rescue 8 and the other shows. So what's the biggie?
  9. Nice looking build , Janne. That thing looks so big, if you put a propeller on the back it could pass for a boat.
  10. Hey Romell - why don't you just reverse your shrink ray and enlarge your plastic build?
  11. I built a spray booth with plywood, furnace filter and a bathroom exhaust fan. Maybe I like living on the edge - I smoke and ride a motorcycle too!
  12. Great weathering job.
  13. Revell has provided me with replacement/missing parts several times. I guess because of its' age, they weren't able to provide decals for the RC Cola Wagon - but a terrific MCM person mailed them to me. Sorry, that was before I started keeping track of trades, so I don't remember who it was.
  14. Excellent. Quite a bit of kit bashing involved. How do you keep track of all the different parts from different kits?
  15. Lots of fantastic pics. WOW!! One thing, Gregg. Those lights and your head = glare. Or is that a solar collector for a sex machine?
  16. Very nice paint. We used to either remove engine size emblems or replace them with emblems that represented smaller engines.
  17. Looks pretty good.
  18. Thank you, Ben. The Plano #215 mesh is what I was looking for. No Chuckyr, I don't build big trucks but I figured you truckers guys would know where to get grill materials. Thanks again, Ben.
  19. I'll keep my eyes open. Thanks for the info, Wheelman.
  20. Sorry, I don't build big trucks like you folks do, but I'm looking for grille mesh/screen that could be used in your builds. I want to try scratch building my own air filters in 1/25 scale. Appreciate any help.
  21. Okay. Thanks. I had that chopped body laying around and traded it off to somebody.
  22. Eric, I did a search for Mr. Modeler but didn't find him. Would you have his website handy? I need some mesh to try and make my own air filters. Thanks.
  23. That's an ancient kit - or was it reissued?
  24. You did it again, John! I don't usually look at the drag racing section but had to when I saw it was your post. I don't know how you're able to do all that little detail stuff but the Pinto sure looks great.
  25. My mailman brought me a Revell Hot Rod '54, '55, and '57 Chevy series - all in one large box. This was a trade with George (Davis). Thanks George.
