  1. I don't know who's worse Darin. You or Jeff Surber. The details you guys do are mind boggling to me.
  2. I sit here in awe looking at your pics, Jeff. I try for details but I can't get anywhere close to what you do. Amazing. I look forward to drooling over your next post and hope none gets on my keyboard.
  3. Pony Express - yes they are HOK paints from TCP. I get the pre-mixed 2 oz. bottles.
  4. Incredible details. Please post updates.
  5. Excellent build!!! Did you paint "Uniroyal" on the tires? Decal? Dry transfer? Kit supplied?
  6. Looking real good!! How about a quick tutorial on the lake pipes? I can bend them from aluminum tubing, but how did you make the blocking plate? It looks so good.
  7. I went out of town for 5 days and didn't have access to a computer. My email was loaded up with over a hundred replies from posts I had responded to, but I had only 17 entries in View New Content. So how does View New Content work?
  8. Nice build. Nice backdrop.
  9. Doesn't appear that your skills were rusted by 30 years of not using them. Nice builds.

Whoee that puppy lloks good! What did you use to get the textured appearance on the seats? Almost looks like tweed.
  11. I was up in Illinois since Wednesday and didn't have access to a computer. I guess I missed something.
  12. Welcome Dave. Estate or cottage, at least you have a place to build.
  13. You once again did a fabulous job, Sam. The diner looks great!
  14. A grille from me - no wonder the truck looks so good.
  15. Very nice looking build. Isn't it mandatory to have flowers & peace symbols on it?
  16. FedEx just dropped a package from TCP Global. The box contained a 4 oz bottle of Solar Gold, 4 oz Orion Silver (I use for basecoats) and 2 oz bottles of Magenta Candy, Wild Cherry Candy, Burgundy Candy, Persimmon Candy, and Teal Candy. My stock on paints has increased. I can't get into them today because I need to trim, edge, and cut the grass. Maybe pull some weeds too.
  17. The Tamiya clear TS65 has some metallic flake in it.
  18. School out, Nick? You've been busy building and getting better. This one looks good.
  19. Love the weathering you did on the farm truck - especially the rag in the gas hole.
  20. You must have used a whole sheet of BMF on that puppy. Looks terrific.
  21. Looks pretty darn good to me.
  22. Looks like your paint jobs are progressing nicely. The vinyl roof looks splendid. What happened to the chrome trim? Did you paint it on or not trim BMF? The Mustang front side marker light should be amber (looks red to me).
  23. I've used Tamiya T13 clear and TS65 clear pearl several times over the Model Master paints without a problem.
  24. It's looking good. Great stance.
