Cesar, incredible work, and I love all the photos They are on point, and I think they do the job of showing what you are doing along the way. The sizes you add in are also helpful Keep up the great work. I hope we can feature this in MCM when it is pau (finished)

Visiting the Model Cars Forum

It's a test, there were/are some concerns that have come up. I will see how this goes. -
I will try for one week to not allow "Guest" viewing of the forum That way, we all know who or whom is looking at who or whom. And Danno, this one's for you!!!

I will bring up again why we require/request your name here. We are an online family (ohana) of model car builders. We like to know who or whom we are talking to online. We are not lurkers, trolls, or other wanna-be's online prowling web sites looking for victims. If you wish, I could require that anyone viewing the forum be registered and logged in to do so. I would feel better about that myself, and that's one setting I have not implemented, yet. I may, and if I get any feedback, negative of course, I would just ban you!!! Just kidding, I would simply just delete your account.....

It's Japanese right now: nomomoto Will scrounge through what I have and see what I can come up with. Maybe a Ferrari power plant? Heh, dare to be different, yes? Why be normal? Normal ain't right, it's left, left out of the norm. No, wait, that's Norman... "Heh, Norm!" What? Yes, the knife is down, why? okay, I pau...

Always Always Always use the highest resolution, which will give you the least amount of pictures on the card. There is also settings for the compression ratio, use the lowest for that, which may say: Fine. Just play with it till you see the lowest number of pictures left or available on the card. And, of course, get a bigger card!!!

An update on this since Chuck stirred up the pot I followed Steve's tips on the sanding/prep of the body I am starting with the main body first, picked up the foam sanding blocks from our local City Mill hardware store. I have a light coat of primer surfacer/filler on it now. I also tried the German sanding system, the green one, with the attachments for sanders, pads, etc., I will post pics/info tonight, and it works great for some of the tight areas. I have used tape on the seams to protect them so they don't get sanded off and loose the details/lines. This is a great project, and I hope to finish it... when, I don't know, right Andy? Rims will be custom, as this will not be a true Miss E, but a mean Mustang John O and I saw at SEMA. I can't find the pics from that year's show, will have to look some more. That's what happens when you change puters, you get all Scooby Doo'ed!!!! ciao for now Here's a link to the car from a Google search: http://www.nextautos.com/auto-news/sema-coupe-r-designs-obsidian-900-hp-mustang And a YouTube video on it:

If you would be willing to send/sell me the Resin Bronco, I would appreciate it. Long story short, I own outright the molds and masters to the Cheez-Cast Bronco (two versions) Yet, due to some issues I will not get into, they were never delivered to me. Yes, it is a legal matter right now, and I will not let it go. I have full documentation on this, including the Complaint that is to be filed (receipts, cashier's check, certified letters, etc.) So, if anyone wants to help out in getting this project back on it's feet, I would be very very happy. Please don't post a complete scan of the published book/magazine here. Hate to be the bear, but there are copyright issues involved. Thanks for your understanding. Also, please don't post a link to the scans. And one more bearer of bad news, there is a law/order/action out affecting the printing of anything with Malboro on it. I am doing research on this now. -
e komo mai, Mark! I think you will find not only tons of useful info here, and you will make many new friends as well

Actually, with the help of Mr. Taylor, we will be covering more and more of the resin world soon, from the basics, to kits, to tips and tricks. Your esteemed editor just has to get off his okole and get crackalackin on it. Our friends over at Alumilite have a great how-to video on their site:\ Alumilite How To's

emodels? Anyone on there?
Gregg replied to DrewCfromSC's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I started eModelCars as a service to the readers of Model Cars Magazine. It is a free service, to list, buy, or sell any model. Yes, the action on the site is low, but it will stay that way without input and use by our readers. I will be looking into paid advertising in other magazines, and maybe online sites soon. If you want to contribute some money for the advertising campaign, my PayPal account is gregg@modelcarsmag.com Please feel free to contribute to this free service for our readers. Rolls of unmarked twenty dollars bills are also gladly accepted. If you have any ideas on expanding or making eModelCars better, please let me know, or better yet, take some action or initiative on your own. I do appreciate all the help, and I have never profited from the site (yet). I think there has been about $25 collected in highlighted auction fees over the past two years. -
If anyone has any info, or the actual body, of the Bronco, in stock form resin kit, please let me know ASAP. I am not talking about the modified, altered wheelbase version, but the stock 60-70's Resin Bronco. This is a serious legal issue, and your help will be greatly appreciated.
