Sweet build. I have one of those in the stash unbuilt. I also have an original annual AMT 70 Mustang, Which is a restorable glue-bomb, which I may cut up, and combine with a Revell 69 Mach 1. I haven't had it in my hands for at least 10 years.

I like that! I may be trading one of those off.

I have one, but I built it over 30 years ago, and it is quite grizzled, I never liked how AMT handled the slope of the windshield, or the kit tires. Otherwise it was not a bad kit. If I had to do it again, I would like to try and correct the windshield angle.

I wonder how much mine is worth?

Nice Find. That's the one I don't have. I have an AMT annual 65 roadster, and the hood has no emblems or vents on it. Nice find. I may have a hood for it if you need one.

I'm not going to waste a 65 Malibu on that. I have a better plan of attack. I have a scrapped Revell 66 GTO that I can steal the windshield frame from. It has a long wait though as the line is long.

I have a 64 Cutlass hardtop and convertible to restore. The convertible was originally built as a race car, so I have to source a windshield frame and glass for it. I would love to see this one finished Bill.

I appreciate the comment. I'm working on one right now. I'm planning on adding a vinyl roof. There's one for sale locally to me that is drop dead gorgeous. I'm going to base my build on that car. It will be a while because I cannot paint until warms up outside. I have everything else I need to do the model. In the mean time, I have a 69 I built several years ago that needs a refresh. It's too nice to scrap.

We had both in the family. I happen to like both cars. At the present time, I have a 65 AMT annual convertible on the bench.

That's a nice build. I only hope that mine comes out half as good.

I am lucky that I didn't sell off my unbuilt annual hardtop and Converible. I really like 64 Ford's.

I really love that one. I have an unbuilt Johan 69 Coupe de Ville that I would like to do in either Chateau Mauve or Wisteria, with a White Vinyl roof and interior trimmed in dark mauve. The 69 Cadillac Brochure I have is a treasure trove of detail pictures.

Only a Revell 55 Chevy convertible. I finally got a flat rear bumper for it, as I do not like the continental kit.
