  1. Beautiful.
  2. Uh, no. I want to do the Jeep Gladiator from the 60's. Same basic truck as the Revell Jeep Honcho kit.
  3. Makes pretty good sense to me. The AMC 327 v8 was a pretty good engine for this application.
  4. The mid sixties Jeep Wagoneer and Gladiators had the option of a 327 Chevrolet V8. I may have to get one of these kits for a future project.
  5. I like where this one is going.
  6. Now that's an idea. I bought a Jeep Honcho kit last year. I really want to make a Gladiator out of it. Hmmmm. It shouldn't be too hard.
  7. I love it!
  8. Gorgeous!
  9. I like where you are going with this project. I have something similar going with a dilapidated 70. I fixed all of the problems with it, and now its in primer. I have seen a couple of interesting Cyclone GTs on the web, and I have both the Cyclone Spoiler decals and the Cyclone Photoetch. A Revell 70 Torino will give me the basic engine, while I will use a C6 from the model. These cars are quite interesting. I can't wait to see how yours come out.
  10. Last week I picked up an unbuilt 69 going to make a big difference. Barracuda, and a couple of days ago I ordered a 69 Barracuda grille from you. I have to decide what I am going to do with the kit. I think that grille is going to make a big difference in the build.
  11. I like that one.
  12. Very nice. I really love those cars.
  13. Be very careful with that one. Johan plastic is very brittle. I have an unbuilt AMT ( Johan), and an MPC 67 Toronado to build. In my research, I found photos of a gorgeous turquoise car. That's the one I'm going to do.
  14. That dusk pearl is such a handsome color on that car.
  15. Yesterday I got an Automodello Triple White 71 Lincoln Continental Mark III. This is one beautiful model. If I were building one as a model, I would have done it in the colors of my Dad's car, which was Black with a White top and interior. I would have handled the chrome trim differently, but overall I am very satisfied with the model.
  16. And it is drop dead gorgeous. I do not regret the purchase. It is the most expensive model I own. Now I have to sell something off to justify it in my mind. Oh well.
  17. Oh well. I bought a white one with the sunroof. I haven't gotten it yet, but this may be the only chance I have to get one while I can afford it.
  18. I met Juha a couple of years ago myself and had a lengthy conversation with him. A very pleasant individual. I have a few of his masterworks too to build one of these days.
  19. Looking good. This one takes me back to November 1977 when I accompanied my sister to do some car shopping. She brought home a Dark Brown 78 Thunderbird Town Landau. It was a beautiful car.
  20. Very nice.
  21. I appreciate our relationship. I haven't been working on anything lately.
