  1. I have a 64 Cutlass hardtop and convertible to restore. The convertible was originally built as a race car, so I have to source a windshield frame and glass for it. I would love to see this one finished Bill.
  2. Excellent!
  3. Oooh! I have both the hardtop and convertible kits to build. I only wish that it was a 62, as Dad had one.
  4. I loved this one.
  5. I appreciate the comment. I'm working on one right now. I'm planning on adding a vinyl roof. There's one for sale locally to me that is drop dead gorgeous. I'm going to base my build on that car. It will be a while because I cannot paint until warms up outside. I have everything else I need to do the model. In the mean time, I have a 69 I built several years ago that needs a refresh. It's too nice to scrap.
  6. We had both in the family. I happen to like both cars. At the present time, I have a 65 AMT annual convertible on the bench.
  7. That's a nice build. I only hope that mine comes out half as good.
  8. I am lucky that I didn't sell off my unbuilt annual hardtop and Converible. I really like 64 Ford's.
  9. I love it! I have to save my pennies to get one of those when it is available.
  10. We talked about that one when we met. You know I love it.
  11. That looks fantastic! I may have to get one of those to add to my Cadillac collection.
  12. I really love that one. I have an unbuilt Johan 69 Coupe de Ville that I would like to do in either Chateau Mauve or Wisteria, with a White Vinyl roof and interior trimmed in dark mauve. The 69 Cadillac Brochure I have is a treasure trove of detail pictures.
  13. Only a Revell 55 Chevy convertible. I finally got a flat rear bumper for it, as I do not like the continental kit.
  14. Fantastic work!
  15. I have a boat load of projects to get done. I paint outside, and this past year was not very good weather wise in my area. I have plenty of paint, glue, supplies, kits, rebuilders, resin, ideas, and motivation. I appreciate the offer, but right now I cannot participate in the build off. Thanks for thinking of me.
  16. I have several of them in hardtop and convertible form. I have yet to build any of them. I did strip the paint off of the pearl white one, and started on it. I will probably do it in dark blue metallic, with a white vinyl top and interior. There was a guy in my neighborhood with one in that color combination. It was the first car I saw with Cragar S/S wheels on it. I also have a Perry's Resin 65 that I transplanted a Lindburg 64 chassis and running gear under. One of these days I'll finish something.
  17. Certainly. If I sell one of them, I'll think of you.
  18. Nice builds. When I was a kid, I picked up a 1/20 scale 68 AMX from the local Rambler dealership, which happened to be 2 blocks from my elementary school. When RC2 re- released the 70 AMX, I picked one up. I was also able to pick up a couple of restorable 68 and 69 1/20 AMX models. I would like to rework the 70 to be true to the actual car, but that would be a tall order. At least I was able to pick up enough parts to build a somewhat accurate 1/25 scale 69 AMX. One of my Jr. High school teachers had a red on red 68 AMX that I will probably do mine as.
  19. Sweet! I have 2 Johan 61's to finish.
  20. Paul, The resin kit was from F & F Resin. I remember it because I almost bought one at an NNL from Ed Fluck, who did the original master. Your build is gorgeous, as usual.
  21. That is gorgeous. I built one of those myself. I crafted a 60 interior for mine.
  22. I have yet to get my 69 Boss 302, but I have a DMould 69 conversion kit on a Mach1, which looks pretty good. I also have a 70 AMT Blue Crescent to fix up, which I do not consider to be better than my Revell 70.
