  1. Oh yeah!!!!
  2. Incredible!!!!
  3. George, I like that resin collection. I have several of those myself to do one day. I just hope that the resin holds up. Good luck building them.
  4. I was waiting to see one of those off of your bench. I can't wait.
  5. Steve, I started on mine a coupe of nights ago. Would you like to do a build-off on this kit? A thread can be created, and anyone else interested can join in. Personally, I would love to see different interpretations of the car from anyone on the board. We can also offer tips on how to overcome any problems, if any we find during the build. I am planning to do my build as if I owned the car. A tarted-up "Day Two" build that you would have seen in the mid to late 60's.
  6. You are a much better man than me for tackling such a project. I am going to restore an old built up I did of the same car as a slump buster. I love those first generation Mustangs.
  7. That is a beautiful build.
  8. I love it!!!!!!
  9. I started work on mine last night. Looks like a well engineered kit.
  10. Very Nice work Raoul!!!
  11. Sad. I really like his work. R.I.P.
  12. I picked mine up yesterday, and in looking it over, so far, so good. I found some sink marks in the hood and in the roof, from the parts being so thin. However, this will not be a problem for me, as I will block the body, and add a primer coat before I paint it. So far, I blocked the hood. and the sink marks have disappeared. I'll get to the rest when I decide to build it. It looks to me like Mobieus has another winner.
  13. I have bought several sets of them, and used them on a few builds. I used the red houndstooth pattern on my '60 Chevrolet convertible. It is pretty easy to work with, but must be top coated with flat clear, as it is quite glossy.
  14. You know I like that one!!!
  15. Coooooolllll!1!!!
  16. Very Nice!!!!
  17. I learned a lot from doing this build. I have another Revell '67 Corvette coupe in my collection, which I may use to do a '1966 Coupe in the future. I had started to restore a chopped up AMT 1966 several years ago, but the project went still born when I was not able to correct the rear fenders to my satisfaction and disappeared into the "black hole" in my basement. I want to replicate the 1966 Corvette my dad considered buying when I was in college. It was Silver Blue, with a White interior. I talked him out of it because it was not a 4-speed, and had the base 300 h.p. engine. Silly me!
  18. Very nice!!!!
