    I just picked up one of those today, as I do not have a model of a Jeep in my collection. I drove by the local Jeep dealership to get some ideas on color combinations and set-up. It is not a replica stock kit, but I have seen a couple built-up, and they look pretty good. It will fit in with the Broncos and Blazers in my collection.

    Nice model. I would like to get my hands on one of those. I have a Modelhaus resin '68 coupe that I am going to do as a '68 GT Hardtop.

    That one is a dead ringer for Dad's '62 Starfire, except that his had a red interior, and fender skirts.

    Tommy, I love those. Back in high school, a very good friend of mine's dad had a black '69 Kingswood Estate Wagon, which was loaded with factory equipment including the hideaways. Several years ago, I was able to get my hands on a Modelhaus '67 Chevy Impala Wagon, which I converted into a Caprice Estate Wagon, painted like my friend's car. I also built a '69 Chevy Impala SS 427, which is also black, with the Hideaways.

    I was not going to buy the gasser kit, but after seeing the car in Hemmings, I will have to reconsider. That is one great car.

    That is quite nice. A friend of mine in our model club is in the process of restoring a MPC '67, and I have a '68 to restore. I love how your build came out.

    Yes the Blue interior trim was available with the Black exterior, even though it was pretty rare.
