  1. At dis point , I give up............................................ Ed Shaver
  2. David back when the 352 was used in Ford products , the air cleaner was usually a Dark Royal Blue as in the Ole Testors Square Bottle dk Blue . In fact , the whole motor would be considered correct if it were painted in that Blue too. Some of the "Police " specials were indeed Gold . If you got a Dealer Preped Dual Quad or E code motor use the Gold . Sionce you're going for mass appeal and a replica stock Galaxy , use the Dk Blue . Now for under spray I agree with a previous poster. Don't bother ! Use a good semi - Gloss Black and a good Flat black to differentate things like you're radiatior support and the inner fender liners . The firewalls of the full size Fords were body color then . The fender liners , paint them a flat color . I would then move to semi gloss enamels for the radiator and the support . I hhope this helps ya . Ed Shaver

The visable is a Bowser C- 117 from 1920, the kerosene pump in the middle is a John Wood 25gallon and the Clock dial is a Penn- O -meter from Pennsylvania Pump co -1932 . The visable has a small light that illuminateds the viasabile tank . The kerosene dispenser holds the switch and the Clock dial does the electrical connections . Ed Shaver
  9. Marcos , it's not owning a camera ......... look I collect cameras . Heck I got old cameras that take sheet film . I also know how to process any black and white and color films too. I also used to do color slides but they are such a pain in de neck to do !!!!! I have a photo scanner that just the other day decided to quit working . The problem arises when you try and convert a film image to a Jpeg digital image ! Now we lose a few here as some of the poster people here don't have a working knowlege of a Computer picture hosting forum ! Heres where the computer "Literates seperate from the somewhat literates from the complete illiterates ! 18. It's amazing as to just how big and heavy those rides were , 73-5 Chevrolets . I had a Pontiac Bonniville from that era for a short while . it was a freebie from my then insurence agent . He did't want to overhaul the engine as it really needed one . Ed Shaver

  22. Ya know I bet Edsel Ford had already had this idea and the "Old man " probably Kyboshed it too. Budd Body company which made a lot of bodies for the Ford Comapany would have been the company to have done this one had Ford not been in such dire financal straights then . Very interesting ride ! Ed Shaver
  23. They're both very attractive . Ed Shaver
