I bet if you were to coat the dead leaves with a Clear flat Fixative spray like what we used to coat our Pastel drawings with , that the leaves would be fine . Actually it was a very fast drying flat laquer . I still see it at Michiaels , ( at least here in the states John ) . Ed Shaver

Sorry to disapoint ya but Towing Dollies are still sold and still used in several instances especiall where there could be a chance of a flat tire slipping out of the Wheel lift . I wont mention the wrecker manufacturer but it starts with an " V" . Infact I wouldn't drive anything , buy anything or have anything ever made by their company ever again ! Ed Shaver

Ed, it was about 1966 when I did the book report on the Shelby book . I do remember where he did it and yes I have even run into some mechanics around Houston who worked with Carroll Shelby as they remember the time too. Still , about the only story that sticks with me was the way he always wanted to beat the Bird Cage Massaratti's Ed Shaver
