I am glad I found these, they look great. Now you just need to show off the fathers life savings and retirement fund in a racing trailer for the kids. -

Looks great Ryan. -
Jermey there is a Pyro kit of a shortened bug convertible. It has the cut down doors and they call it a buggy. This Picture is from the Internet not mine. This is what I have in mind if I get to it.

The flat parts could be cut on a CNC router, or Lazer. No need to make a mold. I just don't know an easy way to make the hinge for production. How many people would want the booth anyway? I feel the cardboard is good enough.

I am glad they are not hitting the garbage can.

My guess is that they got a good look at the molds and found out the cost to repair would be too much. -

Cool Oldsmobile. -
This awesome. I think your flag may be a bit short for Silver Lake dunes. Just kidding. What is not to like about this.

Looks like you are on the right path to me. -
Only ever watch the reruns on late TV. His show could be funny at times, but stupid other times. His show is what all of the News looks like today, they all want to shock us with info.

Status of Lindberg?
1930fordpickup replied to Casey's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I say odd because I think there may be more 1/16 scale kits out there than 1/20. They just look funny on the shelf next to the smaller scales. I know I am not alone in this thought as I hear it all the time at swap meets when someone picks up the 1/20 scale stuff and says how it would be better in the 1/25 or 1/24 scale. Hard to use them for kit bashing also. It is more about the number of kits than the scale itself. -
’72 Dodge Demon Drag Racer 1/25 scale

I think you are building this model better than the real ones were built back in the day. I like to follow your builds; the topic education is as good as the model itself. -

Not only were they nice kits, but also good subject matter. The only problem was the scale. -
That is a nice Hall Tom. Did you put your wallet in the freezer to cool it off, when you got home?

Amazing as always Charles. I remember your lessons from another of your builds on the split trucks. I guess you are going to make a split one next, right? Just kidding. -

The Polar Lights name has been out recently. I wonder if we will see a kit or 2 come back out under the Lindberg name in a few years. -

I have been stopping by the Monroe MI Walley World store here and there to check for kits. Nothing and I have been looking sense November. Stopped in last night and in the clearance section is a bunch of model's. The cheapest were the 13 dollar prostreet Chevy kits. I didn't grab a Nova but did grab a couple of the Chevelle kits. Most were 21 or 17 dollars. I grabbed one of what I wanted at the cheaper prices as Next time there might not be anything left. Plenty of the Coke kits, 53 F1 Fords and the 72 Chevys. The surprise was that they had 3 of the Cement Mixers at 25 each still there. I didn't buy an of them.
