  1. I agree on the shuttle. I think the 1929 is the old The Wild Ones Model A from MPC. but it does have a 4 door woody body also. I was thinking it was a 2 door but I just checked and the box art shows a 4 door.
  2. https://www.hobbylobby.com/find-savings/weekly-ad Sure is.
  3. Very cool car. Nice work.
  4. Good to see you are able to make it back.
  5. Considering how old the molds for this are it is not that bad at all.
  6. This such a crime this area was not kited. One of the better looking years in my eyes. I wonder if that big chase on TV has anything to do with it.
  7. Yes Steve I agree. With the popularity of the the Monster trucks they should have had their own tooling to make the most from the engineering. A shame they have left money on the table when these other trucks could have been released over the last few years. Watching the internet auction site they have not been cheap for a decade or so. Good luck with your work on this Steve. Thanks for the Info
  8. What if AMT went the 3d printed route? They have the tooling to get the best measurements so that the grills should fit well. Package the 78 Ford truck with a corrected for say 76 grill. Same with the Dodge trucks . A few 3d printed parts right from AMT in the box. Yes I understand this would not work for a lot of what needs changed in some of the tooling but give the guy in the Videos something else to do between release video's/ LOL
  9. I second this. That Satellite reminds me of my late friends car. His was not even close to being as nice as yours.
  10. Stopped at HL last night. The 2 kits I picked up the 66 Chevelle was 35.99 and the Bronco was 32.99
  11. Even foam board sprayed with a textured paint helps the look of a model while displaying it or just for you to get a look at it. You can have a few different colors to use and they are cheaper than others. As far as your house display goes, I am not sure how that would work.
  12. Hang in there Andy sending prayers. You have always shared good ideas and knowledge on here. Just take it step by step and see how this all unfolds as they say. You do good work and I believe you can do good work again. Like others have already said just maybe a little slower, just don't let that discourage you any. Some local Ohio shows are coming up that you could attend even if you are just looking. A small piece of carpet padding will help hold parts you are working on.
  13. Thank you for all of the hard work to get this out to us.
  14. Welcome Kaydon .
  15. Welcome aboard Robert. The model show / swap meet season is starting up again. A few are in Ohio.
  16. Another Masterpiece in the making, always a joy to watch you at work.
  17. Pat this is going to fit right into your collection of trucks.
  18. Looks like a nice little custom you have going on here John. Just keep sanding , gluing and cutting away until you like what you have.
  19. Around here it has been discovered that they use stolen enclosed trailers to hide the loot. They will take the trailers and pull it up to a building and fill it up. Then they take the trailer miles away and let it sit for a time until the coast is clear before they sell the items inside. Yes they were caught on cameras and it was a group of people doing the job.
  20. I was wondering how our friends down in FLA were doing. Good to see you guys are fine.
  21. Yes David ET was one that had the Uni-lug wheels. My older nrother was given a bunch of old wheels from the storage room at a place he worked. They were cleaning house. Hauled a few to the swap meets to sell as they wre mostly odd units. When they looked at the Uni-Lug they shook their head and walked away. LOL Live and learn. I wonder what he ever did with those wheels.
  22. Another thank you for your work. Well worth the pin. The pictures to go along with the text will help in the years to come as our memory fads as to what kit the correct LS.
