  1. I remember seeing a picture of a box for sprue at a show once. I do not recall what mag it was in. If modelers have 200 built kits they should be able to come up with a medium box of scrap sprue. The longer the program would run the better it would get.
  2. It just shows they are overwhelmed, understaffed or just don't give a rats behind. That is way to far their promised shipping time.
  3. Not that I have found in a few years. Try ebay for listings.
  4. A question for someone that understands what it takes to charge one of these trucks. How many kilo watts does it take to charge one ? I read they have a 130 kilowatt battery with an optional 180 kilowatt. Is this good info? I guess my question is if it has half of a charge do you just divide the 130 kilowatt by half for a cost? If this is how it works shouldn't they have to add more line into or neighbor hoods for charging? They are already calling for brown outs here in Michigan this summer. Again I am asking to learn something, not trying to start anything.
  5. I like you color choice, looks great. To bad these are not all over the place anymore like they were here.
  6. The more I look at this the more I want you to put a roof on it. I know this is your project. Get well soon and drink plenty of water. I thought I had a bad sinus infection when I tested positive, very early in the process.
  7. Kurt this is awesome. Maybe even Bare Metal Foil the 1960 letters that are on the bottom.
  8. Any rock not mainstream is all I could find for a definition. It is still just rock and roll. While it is funny that many had become mainstream ( like Yes) so I they still Alternative ? LOL
  9. Sorry to see this Joe. After 14 years they are family. Good to see the pictures with the kid. HIs smile says it all.
  10. You can even use a garage sale, keep out or any other thin plastic sign.
  11. I agree not bad for your first casting. Very interesting car.
  12. We had a used color tv for a couple of years when Grandpa moved to Cali. So from 75 until 83 we had a 21 inch black and white at home that did sit on the old TV. I was one of 11 children. We were not rich cash wise, but we were rich with family then.
  13. The shows that are from that era are great for watching or looking in the back ground. Not bad shows but times have changed with television and it makes some older shows cheap or hokey to some.
  14. Even "flushable " wipes are not that at all. My X liked to use those. Nothing like a backed up toilet because of it. If you think it is flushable do a simple test. Get 2 buckets of water. Fill 1/2 way to the top place the wipe in one and the equal amount of TP in the other. If the wipe does not break down as fast as the TP it is not flushable.
  15. There have been a few done in scale, but none as nice as this.
  16. Being that you are driving on rough roads that much anything you buy is going to need the suspension serviced sooner than normal. I loved my 2012 4x4 Explorer for towing and driving. I got 22 MPG on country roads . Not city or high way if that makes sense. In fact it towed my trailer better than my 97 1/2 ton Chevy Pickup with a V8.
  17. If you like the box art it can become cheap Art for the shed or back drop for the shelf. I agree with the instructions mailed to Casey.
  18. I went to an estate sale on the last day. I am not sure what was there before I got there for the start of the sale. I seen a 3 car garage with radios everywhere you looked on the shelves.
  19. I don't think that is possible anymore.
  20. Wood brothers cars are great, and you did a Fine job.
  21. What if you tried to make the headlight look like a modern headlight? Like the headlights on an F150. Chrome reflector back with clear front and a single light in the center of the square.
