  1. Cool. I misunderstood. I’m a huge BB fan too. Great soundtrack and cast. I fell down a rabbit hole looking at BL stuff. I’d forgotten the funeral stuff. I’m not even a big martial arts fan. But BL, CN, and huge car guy Jackie Chan kind of drew me in. ???

  3. https://www.nymaa.com/martial-arts-blog/Bruce-Lee-The-Greatest-Martial-Artist-of-All-Time_AE206.html Chuck Norris trained with him. Trust me, he’s big. https://blackbeltmag.com/amp/chuck-norris-vs-bruce-lee-2645905500
  4. Looks like rod, prob E.coli or pseudomonas. Ubiquitous.
  5. Bruce Lee, who played Kato, is arguably one of the greatest martial artists of all time. He drove it, and was the real badass of the show. Far more worldwide fans of him than belushi et al. Considering Japanese did the Black Beauty it’s that rather than the series itself. Few outside US know Blues Brothers, despite hopes here. Pulp Fiction is ~25-30yr old now, a generation has never seen it, so Blues Brothers even less likely. An anime series in Japan used a 58-59 Imperial custom 4-dr that got kitted too. Just sayin’. ???
  6. Can it be built stock???‍♂️?? Cool Bill. Need.
  7. 71 Monte may work, forget wb but has to be close.
  8. R3 Lark, less doors ? There is a diecast of the 58 DeVille iirc, Geno tweaked one down in diecast. 57 Brougham great car. Don H did 59-60 Brougham that is killer. Bill, you always do great work, and nice taste in cars. Can’t wait.
  9. The black and white rear shot of the 68 Charger is wicked. Stance perfect. No weenie inset rear tires and empty wheel wells. drop the fronts and rears on most of these, and could be current. Great pics.
  10. Happy Days was a slightly hacked Monkeemobile. Here’s Kotter version GP
  11. Call the Superfly a Bond car from that awful 70’s Live and Let Die. Yaphet Kotto played Mr. Big. ?
  12. How about a second thread elsewhere so this can remain a rumours thread, not planning Steve’s GP build thread. I love 69GPs. Not for this thread, please
  13. Step one: remove cab from frame. ?
  14. Rumored kit isn’t factory stock. Full stop. Arguing if you’ll buy or not based on that doesn’t seem topical. R2 brought out Nova, Cutlass and 442, 66 Mustang, new Charger soon. Maybe the 71 Charger Daytona kit?
  15. I’d not seen the BW 911. Killer.
  16. Weren’t 66’s 396 early, 427 later in year?
  17. @RobberbaronThat looks like a later Topolino, here’s a 52. Hood pretty similar.
  18. @Claes Ericsson Those are cool, resin conversions of the 36, 48 Merc maybe? And the 39 Ford. Holthaus Caribbean too. Where’d you stumble across those?
  19. There is still a Mustang. There are still 911’s, Ferraris, etc. SUV’s allow them to build sports cars, muscle cars. It’s a brand, and they’re not slugs. So if selling it keeps ICE motors in regular Mustangs, great! Lambo and Porsche sell far more SUVs than cars. That’s what people want. It slays me when everyone whines about gas prices as they all drive SUVs/trucks. Usually with 1 person up. ??‍♂️
  20. @Mark Same with my 28. Useless fact-Peugeot started business as a pepper mill company. Still make them. Weird coincidence- my wife and I owned Peugeot 504’s new 15y and 2000mi apart before we met.
  21. Yay Jim. Congrats Toyota.
  22. Always liked the 28 Sedan. Another that’d be nice to see cloned. Amazed those hinges survived. Nice hit Mark. That a diecast brass era landau Packard in back?
  23. @tim boydNew 66 chassis under the Mach I showcar would hit the spot. Original box art killer. Found original in Toledo ages ago, bought Iron Horse new, acquired others. ??
