  1. If I were to post everything I have aquired over the time this post was initially posted [07/14/2007] I would have burned my tinypic.com membership out. Suffice it to say that whatever you bought, I bought 2 of em to spite you. LOLOLOLOLZZZZ. Bob
  2. As little as possible. I need air and room babay! B
  3. I had a 3 wheeled Honda 110 back in 79. It never needed a tow. Of course, I broke my leg that winter on it. Perhaps 3 wheels were a bad idea? Jus sayin. Bob
  4. As boring a body style as there is. I have to go back to the mid 70's to see anything that gets my juices non flowing. Now I have to get into my American 2000 Cavilier with the blown Ecotech to get some beer. See you at the next stoplight. Bob
  5. Dave..... that is NOT nice. Nice build. Bob
  6. Perhaps the nicest one I have ever seen. The paint is stunning. Bob
  7. Geez dude, must be getting old knocking em outta the park like this all the time eh? LOL VERY creative indeed. Bob
  8. OK, That's NICE!!!!!! Bob
  9. Looks great! The new "must have" kit list continues to expand. Bob
  10. I also remove every part, clean up, then paint them. I have some pretty ingenious [to me] ways of attaching parts to toothpicks, old sprue and spray can tops for either brush or spray painting. I remove every parting line that is visible [and some that are not] for as clean an item as can be possible. But that's me. Bob
  11. Gus, pics look to me like a metallic blue chassis. Back in the day the box art car had a French Blue frame. Hope this helps... Bob
  12. This is just outstanding. I am reviewing all your pix and i must say you are taking it to a whole other level on this. True craftsmanship. Bob
  13. This is looking fantastic. The mesh looks spot on and as real as it gets. Watching. Bob
  14. Cannot wait to get mine. I am ordering decals for the original cars as well. SUWEET!! Bob
  15. Gorgeous build. More motor please. Bob
  16. .This one has been beaten to death. If you search there are at least 3 perhaps 4 threads. Sorry Bob
  17. Superb!!! Bob
  18. CRICKEY, that's a LOT of work Wayne. I applaude your efforts and your completes are always a pleasure to admire. Bob
  19. It's HIGH TIME either Monogram or Revell steps up to do a modern AA/FC or Dragster. Pro Mod is another class that's begging for a base kit. I see a lot of scratchbuilt rollcages here and I'm just plain lazy so a kit would be perfect. Pro Stock is another class that's begging for an updated kit as well. I realize it's the licencing fees that are preventing this. Hence all the vintage releases. I know these things are not really what is being discussed here but I needed to vent this. I'm still on board with all this 1/16th scale talk though. I always vote with my wallet. Bob
  20. I have to do one in Patriots livery. That came out darn nice. Bob
  21. No harm, no fould Skip. Sorry you had a "senior" moment there. If it makes you feel any better [i'm betting it will not], I have them these days as well. It's all good in the hood. BTW: I too didn't notice the term "Pro" was not anywhere in the ad. Making me as culpable as any else that didn't.
  22. You didn't disagree or agree with me at all Skip so I fail to see why you quoted me. You should quote EXACTLY what it is you disagree with so I can be clear to your meaning. Bob
  23. I think if we were to all look at it with a careful, honest eye, there is not a ONE of us that would qualify that as "Pro" work. The difference between "Pro" and say "Out of box with zero paint or flash removal" may seem subtle to some, but not this guy. I'm not going to argue the "Pro" built, "Amateur rubbish" thing here. Since that is not germane to the OP's exclamation. And as a qualifier, there are many a "Pro Built" model shown on these here pages. They just arne't needlessly hyped as such. Bob
  24. I wish my first post was as impressive. Well done and welcome aboard. Bob
  25. As cool a lineup as I've seen Ira. All are superb. Bob
