  6. This is the same as the Newman Toyota kit if I'm not mistaken Harry. Toyota Tom's just had different livery. Bob I actually had the Newman car at one time. I melted the body with a hair dryer.....

  11. I dragged it out for a couple of pics. It's been dry for a couple of weeks now. I put it away so I would not be tempted to do anything else on it till my 1960 Starliner and 07 GT500 are finished. I'll be done by the deadline by a mile though. I may end up painting the top cover an off white. Interior will be white of course. Bob
  12. "Fly poop out of pepper"? I have to remember that one. I LOL'd. Looks great for a first effort. It's all in the wrist. Bob
  13. The reason the Ides Of March song "Vehicle" sounds like BST is because David Clayton Thomas sang it. He eventually joined BST. Or did BST evolve from IOM? I forget. My song "Freeway" from the pointer Sisters [Or Springsteens tune] both have pink Cadillacs in them. So there ya have it. I'm in Bob
  14. OK, hold onto your hats here. I'm in for the "Pink Cadillac". Believe it or don't, I actually have one in paint right now. How bizarre is that? Bob
  15. Great start Roger. You are the Pro Stock master. Bob
  16. Well one thing's for certain. The instruction sheet is untouched. Even when I first started build....... I'm not going there. Geez... Bob

  18. Here's a pic of me running cones in Gaithersburg MD. Dig that form. For my bands promo stuff Bob
  19. Modern Pro Stock, AA/FC and Top Fuel cars please. While they are at it let's see some reverse engineering on a few that are so rare they are getting difficult to afford. I have no list so someone can start one. Bob
  20. Finished up the motor and got the foil and headlight buckets finished. A quick mock up reveals that the work I did chopping up the kit grill for the headlight buckets was time well spent. I put the bottom piece of foil on and it really frames the grill. Looks like I have a piece to trim on the hood there. Not quite swoopy like the other side. Any easy fix. Perhaps the next time will be "Under Glass" after all. Bob
  21. I have been doing that for some time now. And YES, they ain't cheap. Bob
  22. Just Beautiful Bruno. Paint is excellent. Bob
  23. Looks killer! Very nice work on a fiddly kit. Bob
  24. You are NOT well at all Doc. I'd suggest help but that would be admitting I had a problem as well. That aint gonna happen... MAKE IT SHINY already! Geez... Bob
