The 69-70 4dr ht roofline looks more upright and squared off than the ‘67-68.

To do it right, they would need a new body, glass, interior door panels, seats, grille, tail light panel, wheels, tires plus the spotlights.

Yeah, I've checked the Round 2 and Wonderfest FB pages, the only thing I've seen is Round 2's FB person confirmed it's a 4dr and the trunk doesn't open. No pics yet.

Rob Hall replied to Harry P.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)

That would be pretty lame if they do that... I would assume they will at least attempt to be accurate, and not just a 2dr with different wheels.

Daisy Dukes '74 Road Runner Has Been Released!
Rob Hall replied to Custom Hearse's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Probably the current typical Round 2 MSRP of around $27-30. -
The deer stroll up to my back patio and eat from the bird feeders..

Wow.... that part of Ohio does have a long history of tornados, unfortunately. I've read about ones in the early 70s that were pretty bad. The parts of Ohio I've lived in (Jefferson County, Tuscarawas County, Portage County, Cuyahoga County) generally don't seem to have tornados, they always seem to be to concentrated in the central and western parts of the state...had a lot of rain here the last few days.

I have at least one mouse in my garage--have seen it a couple times..put down traps. Haven't had any mice in the house that I've seen so far. But I do get black ants occasionally.

There used to be a chain in Ohio called Quality Farm & Fleet, similar to Tractor Supply Company and others today..I remember shopping at them as a kid w/ my Dad and they had of ERTL products (diecast, farm toys, etc incl. ERTL models (pre-AMT/ERTL era).

One of my dogs in particular likes watching the squirrels in the back yard (then chasing them when I let her out). Never caught one, though..they zoom across the yard and up one of the trees...

Nissan GT-R. Their legendary performance coupe. The current generation has been around over a decade. -

Wasn't sure.. I'm used to modern tire sizing notation, not really familiar w/ the older notation.
-
Those are the ones I was thinking of, but not the right size it looks like. F&L instead of E&G. (I think the letter denotes width?)
-
IIRC, one of the AMT white letter tire packs has tires in the right size, E60 15 and G6015.

What are you doing during the upgrade?
Rob Hall replied to Dave Ambrose's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Going for a drive up the coast probably, maybe to the Marblehead lighthouse and visit a couple wineries. -
Wondered about that, never saw the show, but like the idea of a 4dr ht kit...

I assume they attach with a post because that tooling originated w/ a diecast. -
Before I saw them referred to as 'sprues', I called them 'retainers' back in the day..

The cab seems unusually wide relative to the rest of the vehicle...wonder what it started as.
