It is odd that Gregg remains quiet...he should post some sort of update as to the magazine's status. The last update on the magazine's site was about issue #206 in January...it's August now...

What did you see on the road today?

Saw a sharp copper colored '67 Dodge Dart GTS ht, a bright green 6th gen Camaro ZL1 and an orange Corvette C7 Z06 all on Rt 30 outside Greensburg, PA on Saturday. Then back here locally yesterday saw a clean late 80s Rolls Royce sedan in black w/ a red interior and a blue & white Corvair Greenbrier pickup. -
All cars rooted in the mid 80s to mid 90s... had a mid 80s Merc 500SEL sedan, but always liked the AMG coupe, driven a few NSXes and 911s. And the Testarossa was my favorite midengined car as a teenager, still love the design.

Sounds like it's pretty similar to the Motor City Muscle version from the 00s except for the pad printed tires.

Beautiful weather here in the Cleveland area also...yesterday and today have been great, after a very rainy Monday and hot and humid weekend. Went for a stroll along Lake Erie in Lakewood yesterday evening.

The C8 most reminds me of the Ferrari F458/488, as far as the shape and proportions. Different detailing of course, though. I read that GM benchmarked the F458 when developing the C8. The modern Ford GT is rather unique in it's shape amongst mid engine cars with it's cabin that tapers front to rear and has those huge pass through arches connecting the roof to the rear quarters.

They were B-pillars..all the 1:1 Continental sedans of that generation had a thin fixed B-pillar. (as well as window frames that were visible when the windows were rolled up). Oddly, though, some of the AMT '61 kits lacked that detail (mine is missing one). Not sure about the '61 promos, never seen one. the '62-69 sedan annuals all had the B-pillar.

Looks like 3 disguised CT6s and 2 CT5s. Could be V-series, though both the '20 CT6 and CT6-v as well as the CT5 and CT5-v have been publicly shown at auto shows. -

One of the photos I saw somewhere today shows a golf bag w/ clubs in the frunk.

Odd they didn't release it in the US for July. Looks like a neat kit. -

The Revell '66 Chevelle wagon chassis would probably work with a bit of massaging.

I remember White Castle drive-ins here in NE Ohio when I was in college....occasionally get the microwaveable frozen sliders.

That will probably be the next wagon issue..

I like this song by the Teddybears featuring Iggy Pop on vocals, riding around in a neat old Cadillac.. https://youtu.be/8P09rxVaQAM -
A couple of my favor Way cool... I do miss off the back country drives in my Jeep around the state...so many scenic paved and non-paved routes..

I took my Mustang GT up Pikes Peak in 1997...washboard dirt road...scary on the blind turns. Later took my Jeep up it.
