Reissue? Been a while since it was last out.

Same trailer I’d assume. There are pics of it from the DAAM show with the trailer on FB.

I would think any of the '68-72 A body kits would work, the chassis didn't change much for the '73-77 generation..same 112 inch wheelbase for 2drs. The recent Revell '68-69 Chevelle or MPC/AMT '69 Cutlass would be good chassis donors as they have the most detail compared to the older AMT/MPC kits. I have resin '73 Cutlasses and a resin '73 Chevelle that came w/ chassis, and the caster's chassis looks a lot like the AMT or Revell kits, IMO.

Yeah, they were everywhere when I was young... today if I see one, it's pretty ragged or modified. Only 64k miles, but I had a lot of road trips in the 90s in mine... Ohio to Florida and back a couple times, Ohio to Boston and back, Michigan to Baltimore and back, moved from Michigan to Colorado in it, drove all over Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming in it... road trips to LA, etc.. My late father drove it occasionally when I was in college '88-92. He loved it also. Lots of good memories. Except for about 6 months in 1997, it was never my daily driver..always my 2nd or 3rd car..had a Bronco II then a Bronco then first in a series of Grand Cherokees as my primary vehicle in the 90s. When I moved from Colorado Springs to Denver, I shipped it back to Ohio to the family farm..didn't want it sitting outside in the city. It spent the next 20 years in my family farm barn, I would drive it 50-100 miles in the summer on visits until my mother died in 2016 and every thing went sideways w/ my older brother and I didn't visit the farm until after he died last year. It was pretty grubby when I got out of the barn, but was running..

Will Trent is one of the few traditional network series I've watched in recent years..only caught it because it was streaming on Hulu. My favorite recent US streaming series are Better Call Saul, Bosch, Bosch: Legacy, and The Lincoln Lawyer (I love the adaptations of Michael Connelly books). Other than those, I mostly stream UK and other European subtitled shows..

Got a call today from my auto mechanic that my '87 Mustang GT is done and ready to go. Plan to go pick it up next week. Looks good after 20+ years in storage--been thoroughly cleaned inside and out (original paint, 64k miles). Went through it mechanically and replaced a lot of seals, gaskets, hoses, etc.

And w/ Canada it's gone on a long time--30 years ago the X-Files was filmed in the Vancouver BC area.. Flashpoint was actually a Canadian tv series, though. Never seen it, but I liked Night Heat in the 80s, was filmed in Toronto.

Favorable taxes for movie and tv production. Same with Louisiana..

Electricity was deregulated here in NE Ohio sometime before I moved back in 2017, different suppliers 'competing' in theory. They all seem to be within a few cents per kWh of each other.. never saw this anywhere else I've lived, always had only one provider.

I assume Round 2 is giving that information to Stevens and other distributors, so that's on them...
-
Stevens International is a distributor, they always have the info well in advance...I check their website periodically... no surprise with this one, as the ht was inevitable. https://www.stevenshobby.com

Square headlights needed.

There are probably people still stuck in the dark ages using postal money orders. I remember when there were eBay sellers that only took PMOs.. -
That's reality, everything costs more over time. It is what it is.

That's where the most eyeballs are...probably just a fraction of prospective customers aren't on FB. -
I never put the decals on it, I think they fell apart. I have another dozen or so Jo-Hans I built in the 80s, and maybe 50 or so I’ve collected over the last 25 years.
-
These are a few I built as a teenager in the 80s, mixed in with some AMT kits I built them. Held up pretty well.

Tentatively December, along w/ the '70 Mustang Mach Won, '60 and '63 Ford trucks according to Model Roundup. I have some preordered, figure they will show up when they show up...

What did you see on the road today?
Rob Hall replied to Harry P.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Suburbans back then were two doors. The orange one might have been a panel truck w/ side windows added, or they removed the pillar between the side windows when they chopped the top. This is what the regular Suburban side window treatment looked like: -
Is it just me or are Verizon phone rates way too high?
Rob Hall replied to Monty's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
Haven't had a land line since moving from AZ to OH 6 years ago. I did have Verizon for cell service for 20 years, switched to Mint Mobile a few years ago, $30/month unlimited call, text and data. Been happy w/ their service.
