Got two of those texts today. One claiming to be from the Pa Turnpike (haven’t been on it in 6 months) and one from Colorado (haven’t been on a toll road there in 19-20 years).

I noticed at the Buckeye Classic that they had a table as did the other Jo-Han (Okey Spaulding)...but not near each other. I got some product from each.

Was a warm but stormy day. Drove down to Columbus for Buckeye Classic show, got a few models and parts, chatted with a couple modeling friends.

Beautiful weather today. Over 70. Work isn’t busy today. Looking forward to going to a concert tonight and the Buckeye Classic model show tomorrow.

Others may rise earlier, with or without the time change I'm pretty consistently up by 7am, though the dogs often wake me earlier.

Monkey Man is both a song and a film.

There is lot of difference in quality of service depending on if it’s shipping from Amazon or from an Amazon Marketplace 3rd party. There is a lot of variability I’ve found.

Yeah, same box art as the original.

The ones I have I got from eBay seller Diolex a year ago or so, I think they are Andrey Bezrodny designs (the files are available on Cults3D for those that can print them themselves).

For the Monogram Fiero it's kind of been on a 20 year cadence..first issue in '84, 2nd in 2004, 3rd in 2025...

Yes. Was reissued at least once since the original issue.

There are several available as 3D prints. I have a ‘73 and a ‘91.

These 3 siblings turned 2 on the 24th. Got to get them groomed soon. Jack and his siblings Lulu and Lola.

I used to see a Thunderchero in Tempe, AZ.. the front end of a '77-79 Thunderbird bolted onto a Ranchero of the same years.

It would be nice...the thing is the Revell ad claims the mystery kit will be 208mm which when converted to inches then upscaled from 1/25th only comes out to 204.7 inches, too small for a box Caprice and the other speculated models.

Parts is parts.

Probably a cost issue. Would have complicated the manufacturing process.

What is your NUMBER 1 favorite movie car
Rob Hall replied to Thedragsterdude's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
I think it was a modified Lola T70 Mk III. Never seen the movie, but I've read that.- 174 replies

I saw a lot of that in newer subdivisions in Colorado. Or tree named..Aspen Glen, Aspen Leaf, Aspen Grove, etc. The subdivision my house here in Ohio is adjacent to is all Scotland themed streets…Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Glengarry, Skye, etc…
-
That used to happen to me...my last neighborhood had 3 parallel streets with similar names--- St Joseph, St Francis, St Anthony..my mail would occasionally end up at the house with the same number but on a different Saint and vice versa..

AMT The Green Hornet Black Beauty Kit
Rob Hall replied to martinfan5's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Nope...the Imperial didn't go unibody until 1967. This seems like a one-version only kit, can't see many other variants of customized Imperial from an obscure tv show from 60 years ago. -
Canadian Meteor was based on the Mercury body but the interior was Galaxie based. You would need both kits plus scratch building for the grille and other trim.
