  1. Actually, the chrome scallop on the valve cover is all @Speedpro! Did you know that Paul restored this several years ago:
  2. Au contraire my friend... the '29 TNR is and always has been headed in the same exact direction! Gotta love it when a plan comes together... what was not expected was to see over 20k views and the overwhelming support from loyal followers here and on fb!! @Rocking Rodney Ratis somewhat pleased with the constant progress and steadfastness being applied to this build!!! @Speedprohas watched from afar with a willingness to step in, much in the same manor he has on the '29 Trib' PU for @tim boyd, but RRR is adamant that I carry this thru to completion. So, on that note: Let the engine work begin!
  3. ADL, for several years now @Rocking Rodney Rat has said "Dennis knows Hot Rods!" I have yet to disagree!! @tim boydraised a generation, maybe two or three, on scale modeling and Street Rods, Rods & Customs, Scale Auto Enthusiasts and Model Cars Magazine for readers across the USA and around the world! Please allow me to share all six pages featured in #216: Outstanding How-To build a three-window deuce koupe! -KK

  14. '29 TNR Tonneau Kover fini Wait for it... the tabs that have been keeping the trailing edges of the bell pan are about to go the way of the dodo bird! -KK
  15. Thank you so much for every little detail that you covered making this beautiful work of art that you've collaborated on with me. I know and only a very few know that this is not our first joint venture! It was even mentioned to @tim boyd shortly after you took the truck back to the master's bench and paint shop. One-to-one builders have their vehicles painted by someone they totally trust. And, Brother you have done a masterful job on our Tribute PU! -KK
  16. Delton, I to have the '34 PU on my bucket list! Picked up a chopped Pickup cab from The Parts Box: Here are a couple reference shots: Keep me up to date on your progress!! -KK
  17. Modeling at its best! Taking two very well-known model kits and combining them together is where our hobby has been elevated to over the last couple of decades. Lookin' great, Brother! -KK
  18. Adding a shelf for the glass to set on: Sitting a tad bit too low! -KK
  19. Consider a final mockup (or at any stage along the way) temporarily assembled using water-soluble white glue. Some have said RC56 works quite well but may take a bit longer to dissolve. -KK
  20. Excellent choice for the CIII! Both kit & kolor!! -KK
  21. Not quite, Brother... yet seriously anticipated! Cockpit Opening Prep: Traced the Glass Windshield from the 22 Jr It will be recessed in the cockpit opening... Drilling along the arc of the opening will be the first order of business... -KK
