  1. Have you thought about doing a Steve Stanford rendering? http://image.hotrod.com/f/10301691+w750+st0/hrdp_0806_cool_10_z+slo_touring+monte_carlo.jpg http://image.hotrod.com/f/10301694+w750+st0/hrdp_0806_cool_12_z+monte_carlo+wagon.jpg http://image.hotrod.com/f/10301697+w750+st0/hrdp_0806_cool_11_z+drop_top+monte_carlo.jpg I really like all three and am wanting to build them myself. 2. What a great build of a beautiful car. Welcome back. I only have one critique, if I may, See how your headlights are white? Next time try some Elmer's glue gel. It comes in the same type of bottle as their white school glue but it is either clear blue or clear purple (I've seen both). It dries clear so that the headlight lens doesn't turn white. It looks a lot more realistic. And is cheap! Again, great build. I'm still waiting to build mine. Later-
  3. Simply beautiful work. I love the color on the body. Later-
  4. Dave- Thanks for the response. I'm chompin' at the bit for a few of these. Later-
  5. What's the latest word on a release date for these (stock or T.F.)???? Later-
  6. Dave- It turned out beautiful. I'm sure your wife will love it. (If I'm not mistaken you said you built it on her request). I really love the colors and the custom touches. BTW- Did you still decide to mail that stock seat? Later-
  7. I love it! Send it to me. I'll give it a good home. Later-
  8. Looking good!! It needs two 1/16 inch pinstripes in black and red down the body line. Later-
  9. Nice work mating all of this together. Sure doesn't look easy. I say a nice stock color like the early 80's Maroon and ten hole rims. Make it look stock. Later-
  10. My friend also gave me this book: It has some nice reference photos for a car similar to the 55 Chrysler 300. It was called the A600. I may try to do a replica of it when they FINALLY come out with the 300. Chassis shots: Daytona shot: 300 assembly shots: Sorry for all the photos. Later-
  11. 34 Ford Pickup: It has interesting hubcaps. Does anyone know if these came in the original kit or are they from another kit? Are they custom or are they a stock cap? I've never seen them before. More in the next post. Later-
  12. I was given these by an older friend of mine who built these YEARS ago, he said. He had a few other built models (36 Ford roadster, and others) that he told me he intended to rebuild some day. I told him that if he ever wanted to get rid of them to call me. 30's Hubley die-cast Taxi More in next post. Later-
  13. Nice work on this. I like the color. It looks like the old Testor's Coppenhagen Blue. Later-
  14. Nice clean Camaro. I'd love to see them come out with a new 67-68 Camaro kit. Anyone else??? Later-
  15. Nice little Honda. I noticed in one of your posts a light blue cab (50 Ford possibly) with a black and white decal on the side. What is the cab of?? Later-
  16. Luis- This is looking fantastic. I like the work that you have done so far. You have your work cut out for you on this one. Do you have any links to the restoration work of the 1:1? I am looking for interior shots of a stock 49-50 Mercury. It seems that everything I find is either customized (as most of these have been over the years) or artists drawings of Merc ads from back then. I have yet to find any photos of completely stock 49-50Mercs. Keep it up and I'll be watching your great progress. Later-

    Mazda RX7

Nice slick paint. Great work. Later-
  18. Dave- That looks fantastic. All of the customizing you are doing is improving the body. I like it! What are you doing with the remainder of the stock seat? If you'd like to get rid of it, I need it. Please let me know. It is what I am looking for for my50 Ford. Later-
  19. Those in Gregs first post is what I'm after. The holes in the ones in jbwelda's post are too wide. Does anyone have a photo of Casey's? Later-
  20. Some more: Jairus' 65/94 Mustang Jairus' Beetle Enjoy. Hopefully this year I can get a few finished. Right now I am focusing on only the 67 GTX and a 53 For Vicky that I refuse to show any photos of until I'm finished. I'm liking all of the eye candy. Keep it up. Later-
  21. Here's some of mine. Sure wish I could stop starting ones until I finish one. Better yet, I wish I could get off of this computer and work on one.... 67 GTX Street Freak. I'm much farther on this than the photos show. 53 Stude w/ Corvette interior and chassis 50 Ford Sedan Later-
  22. That's two more than I finished this year (we won't say how many I started) and I didn't even move. They look very nice. Later-
  23. I saw a company once that has them. Does anybody know who. They are the small kidney holes. Later-
  24. Nice work on the engine, Hans. Got any photos of the whole car? Later-
  25. Well, I may be young but my wife will always be older than me. Oh wait......that didn't come out right...... LOL. Don't think I don't remind her! All the time.. Later-
