  2. WoW! That would be a sure business move. I hold all parties in great esteem.
  3. I like the whole idea and the car looks good.
  4. I like those too .. looks good.
  5. The dash was sectioned on the passenger side to fit the '32. The lower chrome pieces need the same, thou it depends how they look now in the '32.
  6. The definition of clean! Really looks good.

    This looks just right!
  10. Pretty cool. A lot of mileage on that!
  11. I really like this one, nicely weathered VW.
  12. Beautiful ... nothing better to build than something you owned!
  13. I use PE clamps and various wires to get the look I want.
  14. Welcome and building cars I've owned, along with other family cars, has kept me excited building this time around. I have about two dozen on the bench! The Nova seems like a likely first one to get your motor running! I look forward to seeing your progress.
  15. and ... UPHILL!
  16. I like you latest go around with this car. The lime green really pops that wonderful body.
  17. Sandpaper and a pie ankle section
  18. Oh my, that looks fantastic, but I'm feeling old.
  19. Found a photo with Dad's Kombi in front of my '59 Impala in the driveway/yard Here's with the model's rear window filled, not too far off with a guess.
  20. This will be fun and interesting watching your skills on this one. Funny the engine is getting built first! The boys in your garage must need work.
  21. This is amazing! There are so many new shapes since my kids (and I) played with them. Very nice job!
  22. I agree with Mark, but this sure sounds interesting!
  23. Thanks for this post showing the process. I've done a few 3D printed parts and showing how cleaning with that "airbrush" helps.
  24. I had big masking problems on my '92 Crown Vic so going back to the Deuce. I had the idea of putting my favorite dash of all time in, a '59 Impala! I actually bought a 1:1 '59 just because of the dash. It needed narrowing, of course, and is going pretty well. I used the '32 dash as a base to attach to.Since I'm putting the Revell '32 interior panels it just made sense since they key everything in. The passenger side is all cut and ready but I want the glue on the gauge side to dry first. It looks like the '59 steering wheel will fit ok too!
