  1. Thanks for the shop access ... the race engine works ... is the trunk lid going to go for weight, the tank looks cool exposed.
  2. welcome to the forum https://www.google.com/search?q=LEO&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
  3. I haven't built it but I do have a kit and it seems like something different with many unique parts. There's a white one I always pass on Rt. 9 in Cummington, MA, been under a tarp this winter. Will add interest for me watching ..
  4. A WONDERFUL LOOK ... AND BUILD!
  5. This looks like a fun build and it cane out with better proportions than the Fallout prototype!
  6. I really like the look ... the paint especially. It would be interesting to see in the sun.
  7. This is really looking good! I like the look from here of the painted chrome trim. If this was in the States, they would have been ordered from J.C.Whitney
  8. Are these Peel and Stick? Looks like there were some one plate states back then, and us Detail Fanatics that "did it right" back then too!
  9. that's some smooth looking paint!
  10. I'm keeping my eye on the BMF scripts for later reference ...
  11. I'd love to see these in Black Hi-Def Acrylate. How smooth it does therm would be the question. The price is reasonable considering how much many pieces are.
  12. The truck only needs the wipers, mirrors and bed stakes. Work on the dio has commenced with Smooth It road and side ground. Will have dirt ground with some plantings ... not enough dio work here to warrant a static grass machine. I have some small trees and looking for a tree bottom cut off at the cover with interesting root arrangement.- The dogs and my son-in-law in charge of Dog-Walks will be scattered around.
  13. I was going to say something ...... ok, that's something!
  14. That has a lot of years left in it, beautiful weathering!
  15. Coolness, any many more
  16. aha! I just made a comment in your WIP but this looks perfect here as far as the shine I was seeing! Beautiful weathering!
  17. Your weathering looks just right, but a bit shiny in the photos. Maybe it's just the lighting, but it might need a bit of Dull Coat too.
  18. That's awesome you still have this ... and that it looks so good!
  19. What an unusual subject and simply great weathering job. Interesting, backing soda and brush for the heavy stuff ... I have one on the bench I'll have to try that on.
  20. Very cool ... I like it!!
  21. The headlights look great ... can see just some light sanding needed.
  22. and I didn't make it, but it IS in assembly mode! Bed is glued and drying in this show and I started working on the diorama it will go in as a 10 year anniversary gift to my daughter.
  23. I was hoping to make it last year, 2016, but it's in the final assembly stage so I'm happy. Bed is glued and drying with a little weight in it. I have to make the diorama base so it can be displayed in my daughter's place of business.
