  1. Note to self... seek out that kit!
  2. Whoa... is that a Ford Supercruiser? Didn't know there was a kit of that!
  3. Alright, thanks for the clarification. Not sure if its in demand- but being that it's OOP and a Mopar muscle car subject, I'd assume there's a pretty good audience for it. Like I said- I'd avoid eBay and check the old kit vendors- you might pay a little more, but there won't be any 'bidding wars' going on.
  4. Do you mean the Superbird or just the plain ol' Roadrunner? The Superbird is out now- any hobby shop should be able to order it for you. The standard Roadrunner has been out of production for a few years. If that is the one, I'd try Dean's Hobby Stop or Spotlight Hobbies- they stock all kinds of OOP kits, and I'd be more suprised if neither of them had it than if they did.
  5. Oh. Duuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh..... Sometimes a picture IS worth a thousand words.
  6. And of COURSE I'm going to try out the new custom parts on the existing drop top, maybe even the Woody.
  7. Where'd he say it was a C5?
  8. Still haven't owned a Fox Mustang yet, but I can guarantee you when I do finally take the plunge it'll be a notch.
  9. I've toyed with that idea as well. I do have the Modelhaus kit- so I could rob the parts or pattern my own stuff after them if need be. I'm leaning more toward the '51 dash though- the AMT '51 Chevy dash I have has about the same shape to it.
  10. Code 354- Failure to properly Tazer a suspect.
  11. Sweet! Didn't see the body listed on the site.
  12. If a guy thinks its ugly, he thinks its ugly. I can dig that. Personally I don't like the hatchbacks (which is one of the reasons I opened this thread to begin with). And I hate the GTs... the thick rocker cladding and those 'cheese grater' taillamps... ugh!!!! I think the notch is a much better looking car than the hatchback. I've actually been toying with getting the RR body. Is it perfect? No, but it sounds like ALL the alternatives are equally flawed. Unassuming burgundy paint, black steel wheels and a built SBF crammed under the hood! The fact its a notch seals the 'sleeper' deal.
  13. I don't know- Round 2 has retained their tire lettering, just like Lindberg. If Revell were doing it, then I'd expect no tire lettering.
  14. Four- winter, almost winter, still winter, and road construction.
  15. Can't help you with real chain, but a lot of the old Monogram Tom Daniel kits had chain drive setups.
  16. No, you're right, thy're for a BBC. They have separate collectors, so finagling the pipes to match up to the ports on another engine wouldn't be too tough.
  17. Yes he would!
  18. Well, depending on traffic. Last I knew MDOT still had east M-57 ripped to shreds!
  19. Only '58 I have is pretty shabby=
  20. And I'm stealing them from you for $0!!!! Nice haul.
  21. Yep- most not all. NONE of the Rides kits with stock wheels ('05 Chrysler 300C and Escalade EXT) have them either.
  22. What Skip said. Easlily the cleanest example of this kit I've seen in a long time. I keep wanting to get one to convert into a mid-engine drag van.
  23. I THINK Tom is online only now, but I'm not totally sure.
  24. This is already shaping up to be my favorite Magnum model!
  25. Has anyone ever seen the Winnebago Man blooper footage on You Tube? That's pretty much me at the bench! Screaming, cursing, muttering under my breath, wild gesticulation, the whole deal.
