  1. Stunning build, and the Mustang II concept is just as beautiful. Well done.
  2. You deserve it. Thank you for that link.
  3. Bob, Jeff, Mario, Mike, Donato, Hector, Louis, Tom, and all the folks who used the “Like” button, many, many thanks for your compliments.
  4. Wait, i need my sunglasses ☺️ Excellent GTO, looks fabulous in super smooth black finish. Very well done.
  5. What an awesome build. Beautiful choice of two tone color, the interior is exceptional. The steering wheel is beautiful and looks like real wood. Outstanding photography.
  6. Thank you Garry. This one tried my patience for sure.
  7. Keith and Chris, thank you both.
  8. Gotta love a red Mopar, no matter the year or model line. Looks good in that color, mags looks good on it too, well done.
  9. Very well done, all three builds. Mopar High Impact colors were so cool back then. They look good as a group.
  10. Very well done build. Beautiful color, nice details.
  11. Another issue of the Revell kit that I built and posted previously had the slightly lowered suspension, custom wheels and tires and contained body scripts, engine call-outs and body side stripes on the decal sheet. According to Scalemates, that issue was released in 2004 and was called California Wheels. That would be another version to try to find if possible.
  12. James, Eric L., Eric M., Larry, David, Michelle, catpack68, XYHARRY, 70 Sting, o-man and Jim B thank you all for the kind words.
  13. This is the 1990 issue (new tooling at that time) 67 SS Chevelle in Bolero Red. Let me start off by offering a biased opinion. If you want a 67 Chevelle for your collection, do yourself a favor and get the Revell kit. It's infinitely better than this kit. Absolutely nothing fits right on this kit. Which is a shame because it has very good detail in most areas. The suspension, both front and back, assembles more like a 4x4 than an automobile. I actually assembled the entire chassis before I realized how high this thing sits. I had to tear apart all the suspension pieces, modify them as much as I could to get it where it is now. And it's still too high. I remember I cut down the coil springs in the rear, reversed the front spindles, and probably some other mods I don't recall. I partially built it about 10 years ago. It sat in it's box for a long time before I finally finished it last year. One can lose interest when a kit is this problematic. The kit had no decals at all, maybe a couple license plates and that's it. No body scripts, engine compartment decals, interior, nada. Later issues may have a better decal sheet but I can't verify that. The engine is a very nice rendition of a big block 396. It was airbrushed GM 1967 Bolero Red over light grey primer and Tamiya TS-13 Clear, then polished. I built it with a non standard tan interior. Ultimately it looks ok but the lack of body scripts takes away from it's appearance.
  14. Very nice Toyota, the color is very appealing.
  15. Well done Mustang, I like the wheels and tires a lot, very nicely done engine compartment.
  16. Beautiful paint choice and application. It has a very deep gloss and the metallic is very nice. Well done.
  17. Beautiful color David, very nice engine and compartment, well done details.
  18. Very well done, nice paint, and I too like the whitewalls and caps.
  19. Very well done Fiat, excellent finish and nice details.
  20. And to all those folks who clicked on the "Like" button, many thanks.
  21. Excellent custom and great choice of color. Well done
  22. That's a beautiful Goat Garry. I feel your pain about this kit. I too have a soft spot for mid 60's Ponchos. I built the kit as well, and it's rough, to be kind. Yours looks beautiful in a dark color with lighter blue interior. The red lines and rallye wheels top it off.
  23. Great looking truck and what a gorgeous color, very different.
  24. I'm diggin' that Mercedes. Beautiful color, great stance and overall details.
  25. Carl and David thank you.
