Very nice build, great shine, very clean looking.
  2. Very cool!
  3. Excellent build, very well done. I really like the color and the mag wheels. The rocker panel decals are a nice touch.
  4. Very well done build. Such an unusual looking vehicle but your paint color choice looks really good. Interior detailing is outstanding and I like the subtle tint on the wheels.
  5. Looking forward to viewing them. I never built any of these kits but I always thought they were very cool.
  6. Very nicely done Porsche. I always liked this particular car and yours looks good in red.
  7. Nice looking Celica.
  8. Very well done, nice, neat build.
  9. I really like your build, and all the others you have on display.
  10. Very well done Steve. I had the same issue with the interior parts. They seem like they're made of vinyl. I solved the painting issue with a coat of Dupli-color grey primer, then painted them with Dupli-color Vinyl and Fabric spray. Works like a charm and it comes in several colors.
  11. Sweet ride. Very well done customizing. I agree, Icy Blue is a great color.
  12. Carl, David and Chris, thank you.
  13. Very cool build. Looks like a no-nonsense ride.
  14. I agree with the others James. Your Firebird looks very well done, great paint and details. We're our own worst critics. I have this kit built and I'm working on final details.
  15. Matt, that's a great build. The two tone paint is very cool, very well done details.
  16. Michelle, Donato, Eric and Eric, Hanjo, louis, Lee, David, Mario, James, Michael thanks for the compliments on my build, and for the polite corrections on the year. Sometimes the brain and the fingers don't always cooperate. Happens when you get old. ? I enjoyed seeing other's builds as well.
  17. You're absolutely right Michelle. Thanks for the correction. Sometimes, the fingers don't work in coordination with the brain. Happens when you get old. ? I corrected the header.
  18. Hey Garry, glad my info. helped. Thanks for the compliment. It's actually a pretty good kit except for what I mentioned, and those aren't difficult to overcome. I discovered the shaker scoop minor fit issue on final assembly. Once the engine, hoses and wiring was installed, there was no way I was removing the engine to try to correct the height issue.
  19. This is a very nice kit, no major issues, some minor difficulty getting the hood to close properly, mostly because a lot of these Mopars with shaker scoops seem to ride a bit high once installed in the engine compartment. The paint is Plum Crazy, with a clear coat from a now out of business company that was called Rainbow Colors. A shame they closed up some years ago because their lacquer paint was really nice, correct factory colors and airbrushed beautifully. I still have 12 or so bottles I haven't used yet. One other minor glitch is the exhaust system didn't quite line up with the headers. You can see the epoxy I used on the joint if you look closely. Other than what's mentioned I would recommend this kit.
  20. Nice, good photography, I used to race slot cars as a youngster, well done.
  21. What a cool build, very different, looks great, well done.
  22. Color shift paint is very nice, I like it a lot, and the rest of the build is very well done.
  23. Very well done Nova wagon. I like the color combo of white pearl and red interior.
  24. Wow. What an amazing build. Great details and your photography is equally as amazing. Just stunning all around. I think I looked at this post several times in order to take in all the details.
  25. Nice, very nice. Color and details are very well done.
