Excellent review of the kit. You overcame all it's flaws and produced a beautiful build, particularly the red color combo you chose. Your choice of better wheels and tires made a huge difference in the car's appearance.

Issues Ordering From Model Roundup

I use my bank card (debit card) all the time when I order from Model Roundup. They're usually my go-to source for kits, supplies and paint. Interesting issue you had. I'd be curious to eventually know exactly why that happened. -

Outstanding builds, both the older one and the new one. I really like the blue color as well. I've built my share of these older Monogram kits. They don't have tons of detail but the shape looks good and they go together easily.

Thanks Donato. I actually got the idea for this build from the original Overhaulin' TV show.

Thanks for the compliment. Never know when something shows up and answers a question. I did the same with an AMT 69 Chevelle, using the Olds chassis.
