  1. Nice work! I always wanted to try to build a truck with working lights. I too would appreciate a tutorial on how you did this one. Jim
  2. Those are outstanding builds! Very impressive! Jim
  3. Awesome work! That is one tough looking A-car! Jim
  4. Tim, When did they stop using the cab mounted exhaust? I always found this setup interesting, especially when they were mounted in the recessed corners of the cab (possibly to save space on length laws)?
  5. Awesome work on the Pete! Great idea using coroplast for the building, it looks just like corrugated siding. Having sign experience really helps in model building! Jim
  6. That is a sharp KW! Nice work on the stretch job! Jim
  7. Excellent work! Your detailing is outstanding! Jim
  8. That sounds like an interesting project. Are you going to do the Freightliner as well? Also, do you have any more pics of the IH Transtar in your avatar photo? Jim
  9. That is awesome! You definitely have patience, I would have gone nuts building all of those Toyotas! Jim
  10. That is just awesome! The paint work and detailing is amazing! Jim
  11. Nice work Jim, it definitely has the 70's fleet look. Russ MacNeil's link on Hank's is where I go for all of my reference pics as well. I wish I would have thought to take a bunch of photos back then. Jim
  12. I have a couple of those somewhere! I never understood why amt didn't put a bunk in their sleepers. Jim
  13. Now that is sharp! I love the old cabovers! Jim
  14. Nice job! The weathering looks great. Jim
  15. Excellent detail work!! Jim
  16. This is the only blue one I have and it was built about 15 years ago. About time to build another one!
  17. This is shaping up nicely Roy. Looking forward to seeing some paint on the cab! Jim
  18. The only resin kit I have ever completed was this 4090A super transtar. It is sourkraut's cab conversion on a 4070B chassis and it went together better than some box stock kits that I have built. It also comes with the Detroit 12V71 engine for a couple extra bucks. Well worth the $77!
  19. That is a cool looking wrecker! Well done! Jim
  20. That is so cool! I always wanted to build a truck that is either retired or ready to be. Your weathering skills are top notch! Jim
