  1. I'm assuming you are curious about the C 1 trans kit for the Revell Land Rover. I took a picture of the contents and attached it.
  2. Hi Jim, the Iwata parts are what I call "recovery" parts for my HP-CS Eclipse. At some point, I took out the 0.35 mm set up and did the 0.5 mm conversion. After taking out the original parts I put them in a safe place. The kind of safe place where I have no idea where they are. These are two of the items I need to put it back to spec. I still need to get the 0.35 nozzle cap to complete it. LOL It was cheaper to buy these two parts at Hobby Lobby than to order them from Maple Airbrush.
  3. Yesterday, I arrived home from the NNL East. What a great time. On the way to the NNL, a stop was made at Hobby Lobby in Scranton. I bought the Revell Range Rover, some Createx Balancing Clear, and some Iwata replacement parts for my Eclipse. At the NNL, the first stop was at C 1, where I bought three trans kits. Also at the NNL, I bought the Monogram Porsche 904, the Revell '56 Chevy and some MCG photo etch saw blades. On the return trip home, we just had to stop at Ollie's in Watertown, where I bought the Monogram Lamborghini Diablo.
  4. That Mazda Cafe Racer reminds me of the Aoshima model of the Mazda Daytona race car.
  5. I thought of another kit(s). Rosso was a relatively short-lived kit maker. In that short life, they made some interesting kits; some Ferrari F-1 and some sports cars. If you are a fan of 1st gen Honda NSX, these 1/43 kits are well detailed and worth considering. They also made a good 1/24 Ferrari 512 TR.
  6. I'm a big fan of Nissan's, especially the one that redefined the Skyline (GT-R32 , Godzilla). I was looking for this eye-popping livery for a long time. Usually when you find one, it ships from Japan for a VERY high price. When it rains, it pours. I finally found one NIB on eBay. It was shipped surface, and after weeks, I had given up on ever getting it. Around that time, a friend said that he had one available. It was NIB with the exception that different wheels and tires had been substituted. So now I have two of the Tamiya kits, as well as a Hasegawa.
  7. I finally finished cleaning up and refurbishing the three Iwata HP-SBs that I purchased used. The top brush pictured, that I chose to keep, has a needle packing conversion to the new style, a new nozzle, and a new colour cup. The other two brushes were deemed 2nd and 3rd best based on a visual evaluation of the components.
  8. Donn is usually present as a vendor at the NNL East, so it would be great to see him there on April 22.
  9. Thanks Les. Do you have any idea as to the origins of this kit?
  10. I realize that this an old thread, but I hope someone can help me identify the used kit that I bought. It is curbside and includes the motorized axle. I tried researching the kit number (Revell ceji 7258-0389), and came up with nothing.
  11. If the production detail is as crisp as what's shown, I'll get this kit.
  12. Thanks David. I guess I can think of it as either good news or bad news. From my wallet's perspective, bad news!?
  13. The NNL East is just over a week away. Does Hobby Lobby run its 40% off every 4th week? if so, will this discount correspond with the weekend of April 21st, 22nd? Not that there might be some kits for sale at the NNL! LOL
  14. Bill, you seem to be very savvy when it comes to balancing time invested vs. outcome.
  15. Bill, for the '60 Pontiac Bonnevile, how are the body proportions? I'm curious because I've heard that Trumpeter is not always stellar in the engine bay department.
  16. To add to what Gerry said, you have to scroll down to the bottom of the home page, There you will see USEFUL LINKS, and directly under that Contact Us.
  17. It looks too good to actually still be in service for Waste Management ! Great job on the weathering.
  18. I confess that I know nothing about Star Wars ships, but the weathering on this looks convincing.
  19. Sorry Ismael and fellow forum readers.
  20. To post that you own / bought something that has never existed is not cool. Something that is incorrectly packaged has no bearing on the design / structure of the product.
  21. Why do you do post inaccurate, untrue information like this? The NEO has never had a floating design nozzle. It was designed by Iwata as an entry level airbrush, to fill in as a lower product offering.
  22. Some of your airbrush related content puzzles me. I have a made for Iwata NEO, amongst others. I have attached a pic of the brush and a pic of the nozzle. It does not have, and never has had a floating nozzle. One of the complaints about the NEO has always been the fragile nature of the NEO nozzle. Many people have experienced destroying the nozzle by over tightening it. The only brushes in the Iwata line that have floating, self-centering nozzles are the Eclipse line.
