  1. Great transformation! Looks really good! Sam
  2. Nice old Merc! You don't see many of them in real or model form anymore. Good work! Sam
  3. UPDATE: I added a Meyers Manx to the diorama. Looks like a close race! The Manx is a resin body mixed with a chassis and parts from an old 1960's Manx kit.
  4. Wild and cool! Very creative thinking! Good work! Sam
  5. Great looking model! Good color combination. Sam
  6. Nice! I like the wheels and the wood bed floor. The flared exhaust tips are a nice touch, too! Sam
  7. Very nice! Man, that's a LOT of foil work....and it looks good! Sam
  8. Very nice model! I don't think I want to ride in that back seat! Sam
  9. Those are beauties! Very well done. It's nice to see some AMC stuff being saved! Sam
  10. Very cool racer, Gary. I have a set of those wheels on my Pinewood car from 1960. It won the first Pinewood Derby held in our town back then. I've taken it to a couple recent derbies to show the kids. They get a kick out of seeing it. Here's a pic.
  11. Very good looking Chevelle! I like the black and red. Good finish and details! Sam
  12. Very nice! Great finish, looks real! Sam
  13. That is cool. Great work, and in metal - Wow! Nice build! Sam
  14. Nice conversion! Great weathering. Looks like it had a hard life! Good work! Sam
  15. I second the 58 Edsel Bermuda (or the two-door Roundup). A Pontiac Safari would be cool, too. Maybe use some of the Nomad tooling? Sam
  16. Nice build! I like the tracknose and the color scheme! Nice work! Sam
  17. I installed Firefox and the forum works, except that I can not sign out of it. I click on sign out, and when I come back hours or a day later, I'm still signed in. I've been signed in since Wednesday. Any ideas? Also, I don't see any way to edit my signature in the profile section. ??? Sam
  18. Kitchen's engines are nice. I used one of his Ford sixes in a 66 Mustang a few years ago. Sam
  19. Very clean and nice! Sam
  20. The new look is ok, I think. I finally got it to work after installing Firefox, although I'm not sure why it wouldn't work with IE 11, which Microsoft says is the newest version. Seems to me that any good software should work with a current browser as popular as IE, but, hey, it works! Sam
  21. Nice save of an old classic model! I can't see the repairs. Good work! Sam
  22. Very cool Mini! Nice rusting. Sam
  23. I built this little (36"x26") N scale layout last fall. I used some buildings and rolling stock that I had saved from the 1960's plus some new equipment.
  24. Very cool 'Vette! Good customizing work! Sam
  25. Very nice build! I built that kit in the 1960's, but it didn't look nearly as good as this one! Great work! Sam
