  1. Been waiting to see this one. Now that's nice!
  2. Beautiful!
  3. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to look and comment on this build.
  4. This one is for you Tulio - grill is washed. Looks a little streaky but I'm leaving it alone as I would hate to mess this build up.
  5. This is the new release and everything is OOB except the tail lights. They are custom parts from the AMT 64 Marauder.
  6. She's as done as she's going to get. The sun came out! This thing is a dust magnet for some reason. And here's one with the AMT five window built about ten years ago with the new whitewalls. Only changes from my original build are the interior color (original was just black plastic), whitewalls ( they are so nice I just couldn't resist using them) and this one actually has tail lights. This has been the most fun build in years. Start to finish in less than two weeks. Thanks for looking in,
  7. Many times it was just for the wow factor.
  8. That's a magnificent Mopar.
  9. I think it looks great! Beautiful color too.
  10. All done except for tail lights. I don't like the kit lights and never put any on my original build at all but I will find something to go on this one. Had to wait for the rain to stop to get pics. Last ones before she goes to Under Glass. The fenders turned out to be one of the biggest pains of the whole build. Had to strip and repaint one of them and they were very tedious to position right. This angle just begs for QC rear axle doesn't it? This one highlights the rough edges on the headlight buckets and my crooked lens on the passenger side. The lenses are held in with Future so I may be able to remove and reposition it. Thanks for following and see you in Under Glass.
  11. Nice!
  12. As Emily Litella used to say - "never mind". It is a little similar however.
  13. Do not get an Airtex pump, instead get a Spectra. Same price and better quality.
  14. The AMT 1/32 split window Vette was the first model I ever built.
  15. Beautiful Mopar! It don't need no stinking polish.
  16. That third one down is just nasty mean looking in a good way. That's about the lowest non channeled deuce I have ever seen. Is the fourth one down Blackies car?
  17. The whole model looks good but that interior just ROCKS!
  18. Thanks Carl. It sure is bringing back some memories.
  19. Thanks Dave. I'm digging yours too.
  20. Thanks Kevin. The windshield frame is chrome but looks green in the pic for some reason. Maybe the reflection of my lawn.
  21. Very nice!
  22. Almost there now: Didn't see all the dust on her. All she needs is fenders, headlights and exhaust pipes to be finished.
