Very well done and nice paint too. I like the way the slicks look as if they have picked up grit from the ground. The one thing that I would fix is the seam in the scoop.
My mothers mother had a 58 Plymouth exactly like Christine except it was metallic green and a two tone blue 56 Ford custom four door. She drove but my grandfather did not .
My fathers father had a cream colored Lark at one time and used to park it in the nearby creek to wash it. Back then the creek water was crystal clear and free of charge.
Got some plug wires on her and as you can see, I need to touch up the chrome parts.
The original mounting hole for the mag will barely be visible with the body on.
Finally got some more work done. I relocated the mag and painted the seat. Also changed the slicks and scuffed the tires. I may do whitewalls on the front too.
If you are meaning the slicks with the molded in wrinkles then Testors liquid cement will work . I used it on my Ice T slicks and then sanded the seam away.
I was just thinking how few vehicles I pass on the road that could have a carb under the hood. If I am behind them, I can often tell by the smell of rich exhaust.
