  1. i have always loved the 3 in 1 kits....the extras one decides not to use on it are an incentive to buy another kit to use them on and that is good for business specially these days. Its also kind of like a thank you for buying the companies kit and or kits to many builders...if one has building options with a kit it sparks creativity and drive to build and buy more of them. There is a reason why 3 in 1 kits sell so well and are desired by most builders....they all got it right back in the 60s through mid 70s era in my opinion. Costs of kits will always go up nothing we can do about it so we might as well get a bit more for the money if we can.
  2. Nice crane and idea....I have been wanting to build a 60s junk yard crane for years now.

  13. Id love to have a 70 Superbird in restoreable condition...Always thought they were cool cars would not matter to me if it had an engine or not. The dealerships found back then most of the public thought they were ugly....I never did but do think the 70 looks better than the 69s did.
  14. Looks nice Chuck.... I have one of those trucks but want to make it the older version with the round headlamps and painted grille area.
  15. I learned a lot about what parts were what on real cars from them as a kid back in the day....learned more and started to work on the 1 to 1s at 13 or 14 years old created a life long passion for automobiles and scale ones for me. I really dig the old instructions and boxes....brings back great memories for me.

  19. Walter....I appreciate the information but for me its a funds issue...I live on a very very small income have a hard time holding on to enough funds to buy a store kit when I can. Still I think it would be a blast to build...always liked the movie and cars in it.
