    Shock and Awe...Shock and Awe... Page 6 gave me the willies... the following pages of reconstruction just gave me more Shock and Awe.. Great patience and attention to detail. Thanks for sharing your Dio.

  4. Thanks for the link Ken.. The shop did it for me. Bridgeport Lathe ...shavings..oil..I could hear it humming ! Wouldn't put that big ol Monkey wrench on the wall above it... or that bolt cutter either..no peg board period...too scary...LOL

  10. Just noticed the emergence handle..(shaped like a putter) is it scratched built or part of the kit. Love the floor mats too.

  12. This latest pic was taken at a recent R.A.M.S meeting by G.H. (thanks Geo.)Had to strip the paint and redo. Clear still needs to be applied and then BMF. For some reason I got two shades of orange. The name brand (Testors Fire Orange) ...weird. First can was used on the underside, engine bay and skirts.Second can was on used the body. As for the white part...I used Tamaya pearl white...it goes on thinner than Testors white lightning.

  15. That storm missed my place in Chesterfield. Lots of thunder but no rain.
  16. The paint on the engine has that "military" build look to it. As always the seam work is flawless. Topic followed.
