  1. Very cool Curt! Will be watching... BTW, this version of the AMT '68 El Camino has wheels very similar, but won't be of the large diameter required for your build. MAY work with aluminum sleeves though... Would be worth having wheels 3D printed for a project like this...
  2. Give it a bath in the purple pond to see what you REALLY have as far as condition... The ProStreet theme on a '72 Torino isn't a bad thing
  3. I THINK so Bill, gotta remember where I've seen 'em... Anyone else?
  4. Cool, we'll be watching! I've always wanted to do a fastback roof phantom street rod of this, this may inspire!
  5. Tommy! I'm impressed! If I had your computer/photoshop skills, I would have done something like that. And then wouldn't that require an Alps printer? Sooo, with my limited resources, I'm piecing together separate letter decals and dressing them up somehow... Thanks for taking the time to show what COULD be!
  6. Here's kinda where I'm looking to be with the logo... These are Slixx 1/4" letters. I'm diggin' the gold leaf look, but it needs something more, maybe a red outline, or some pinstriping, or???
  7. Paging Mr. Most, paging Mr. Most...
  8. Drew has, and it looks GOOD!!! http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=66473
  9. EXCELLENT resource information and photos within: http://www.fordification.com/index.htm
  10. I'll be watching Mark Love the '67-72s... Will you be cutting out the incorrect inner fenders and replacing with something more accurate?
  11. Cool project Chris! We'll be watching...
  12. NICE!!!
  13. Unfortunately no Gents. Hopefully it'll make it back on the bench one of these days...
  14. DOH!!! Fred is the expert here on these Torinos, he'll chime in I'm sure. If that's the biggest problem we have, we're doin' GOOD! Can't wait to see it fully assembled...
  15. Thanks again for the replies guys...glad there is some interest in a 4WD version... Probably the 390 that comes in the box, but I could see a few different powerplants in there too! My son (almost 7 years old) & I went to a car cruise today, and looky what was there: Nice! undercarriage: Talked to the owner for a while...he said he's been waiting for the Moebius kit for about 2 years! I told him we were too! He picked up the kit already and will be building a replica. The black '60 (with a '59 grille) was his too, lucky bugger! The red one has a complete '97 F250 diesel powertrain, wiring harness, and dash. Really nice rig!
