  1. The paintjob turned out great. Is it clearcoated yet, or are you planning to spray some clear over it? Looks good, can't wait to see more of this 'Stang.
  2. Thanks, Richard! The battery cable would look better. It sits as low as I could get it, but that alternator wire is bit disturbing it. Well, next time better. I'm going to add some little metal parts on that cable, so it would sit bit better. Let's see if it helps. And I will paint the grille and taillight panel as you said in the earlier post, black wash for the grille and semigloss black to the rear. Thanks.
  3. Thanks, Brett, and Richard. I have to say, that my building skills are lots of better, than they were few years ago. Building speed is bit slower, but that doesn't matter, when the quality is better. This will be my best build, if everything goes alright. I finally managed to get great paintjob on the hood, after the first coat, I had to wetsand it and paint again. It's not perfect now either, but after polishing, it will look good. Here are few pics of the car outside.
  4. This is something, I've been waiting for, you did great job with the frame, and it looks very good in primer. I can't wait to see what you do for the engine.
  5. Todd's Hudson Came out Beautiful! Especially I like those scallops, they look very good on that body. Finally an Update for my Hudson project. There were some text molded to the chassis, and I had to remove them. After that I placed some putty there, and all left to do is sanding, and primer. Engine is almost finished, only exhaust manifold extension part is missing. I added some mesh to the air cleaners, and installed them. Oil Filter is also glued. Last thing I did for today, was primering the frame. Today I'm going to paint it gloss black.
  6. Thanx, Christopher! Those body colored tanks (can't remember what tanks they are...), are cleared now. I could install them soon, but gas tanks aren't still ready, and I can't install the cab because of that. But hopefully soon, I can.

  8. Thanks Kane, and Greg! The rear frame is glued to the chassis. Needs to cover those holes with styrene though, they are bit oversized since I didn't know, what position is correct one for the rear frame. Well it's not that hard to cover them, so that made gluing job much easier. Next some more chassis building, I need to find great Rear axle somewhere...
  9. I've built that Twister Vega many, many years ago. It was a horrible kit, interior, chassis and engine were bad, body is the best part of it. But engine is bad quality, AND way too small. In Real Vega, Chevy SBC with Blower, would need big hole for the hood... That engine doesn't come through the hood. Anyways, Antonia has done great job with his Vega, where is that Cowl Induction scoop from? This is my Monza Build so far, Long Term Project, and it will be built as nicely as possible.
  10. Today I sent a Pre Order of this Chrysler to Model Express, now needs to wait, when it's in production and available. Can't wait to have it on my bench.
  11. Tyrone, you have inspired me to take '57 Chevy Bel Air to the bench. Actually all I have, is the body, so I have a question: What did you use for the frame? I have some styrene tubing, but I'm not sure if it's strong enough...
  12. I took it back on the bench, and the interior is now finished. I painted that wooden part of the dash again, and cauges are gloss black. Interior was very simple overall, but actually it looks pretty good, when completed. Also added some black wash on the grille, and installed it on the place. Body is painted flat black from inside too, so I'm getting ready for installing glass parts, and then this thing is starting to come togheter. Fuel tanks are stripped off from the chrome plating, and after a bit of sanding, they are ready for silver paint. Little paint touches will be added to the interior, before gluing it to the body. One More
  13. Thanks Tim! This Truck will be Finished soon, since I'm gonna get it to ModelCarContest on the next thursday. So today I took it back on the bench, and the interior is now finished. 14. Sorry Fellas, progress has been very slow on this build. Today I finally managed to get it back on the bench, and I decided to modify those rear wheels a bit. Pro Sportsman tires with those narrow Centerlines didn't look good, so I took one American Racing Torq Thrust wheel what was really wide, and after a bit of sawing and sanding and superglue, I ended up as this. I'm gonna make resin copies of that. Not sure, who will cast those wheels though, but lets see that later.
  15. Very cool progress on this interesting build. I like the frame, it looks very good so far, everything is lined up right. Thanks for sharing this beautiful build, and yeah, hopefully you find that Camera somewhere, since these pictures doesn't make justice on that frame.
  16. That looks cool. These '63-'67 Corvettes are very popular in ProMod, I mean in 1:1 scale, but I haven't seen many of them in smaller scales. I hope after this comes out, there will be more this Generation Corvette ProMods coming.
  17. This is going to be another amazing build, I'll be following for sure. I have always liked '70 Camaro ProMod body, it looks mean and agressive from the front. Engine set looks good too. Can't wait to see more, your building skills are awesome.
  18. Thanks Fellas! Wheels are painted silver, I guess they need some paint for the center caps, though. But otherwise they look good, and especially the quality of those resin parts was perfect.
  19. Thanks Both, '67 Impala Sleeper would be very cool too. AMT kit would offer a great basis for the build, since it's very good quality. The backseat is fitted bit better, you can see the difference if you compare these pictures to those on that last update. I also filled that little "hole" on the seat with styrene. Next I need to paint that interior.
  20. Your work is amazing. I've seen your finished builds, and they are incredible. The detail, you have put into this Mustang Pro Mod, is amazing. I wish I could build something with that high quality, but needs to say that it's just a dream. I'm watching this one very surely, this is absolutely one of the best builds and WIP topics, I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing this with us.
  21. Great job with the Ranchero so far. I like the color, and stripes fit perfectly on that body. That interior work is amazing too. Can't wait to see more of this build, it's coming along nice.
  22. I haven't got any cylinder heads yet, but I'm getting closer of having those resin casted. Anyway, today I was able to get that interior tube out from Mr.Muscle, and it turned out pretty good. However, this interior tube doesn't have back seat, so I will fit one from my parts box there. I'm not sure, where is that seat from, but it sits pretty good. Needs to add some material on the rear... Front seats are from AMT '66 Nova ProStreet, and they fit nicely on this interior.
  23. Is this going to be another Limited Production kit? It looks cool, this is the version, what comes in my mind, when talking about Hudson Hornet.
  24. Since the Nova build is slowly getting there (having problems with the hood), I'm going to move my inspiration on this one. Today I removed the gas tank from the chassis, I will install Jazz tank later, when I have filled that hole. Gas Tank left off easily with a motor tool.
