  1. Oh, and if someone needs reference pictures of '74 Chevelle, just let me know if I can help, since there is one at the garage.
  2. It looks very good, I like the engine. It may look bit rough now for someone's eye, but I know that since I've been working with same methods and I've built one Tube Frame and rear frame from brass. Once primered, everything looks so smooth and much nicer. I can't wait to see for more.
  3. Wow, you made those headers from Plastic...! This build looks totally awesome, I can't wait to see more.
  4. Very nice body work with the GTO! It's always nice to see when someone has enough patience to do bodywork like that. I know that I get usually fed up with it, and then the model might stay on the stash for a long time before it gets back on the bench. Maybe I would paint those wheels like this, they would look more Old School.
  5. That's a Cool One! Engine looks good and I like your wheel and tire choice. That's just what I would choose too. Only one thing could be better... The rear end is too low. I would raise it a bit higher, not too much but just a little. It looks good like that too, but it could be better. Anyways you are doing great job with this.
  6. Here are some pictures from The First Finnish Championchip Drag Racing event of this year: The SONAX SPRING NATIONALS At Motopark!!! Friday, test 'n' tune day was rainy, and only few passes were done on that day. 7. Absolutely the Chevelle Front End! It's much better, and yeah, if it's Laguna body, then I don't have any use for it since I can replicate the 1:1 Stocker (which will be on Drag Strips this summer).
  8. I say Model, those Door Lines just don't look realistic. Otherwise it could be real, I think but it looks more like model, well built model for me.

Great Cobra, I like the look with that top on, just like I did for my Cobra build. This is truly something different, but that's great to see AC Cobras too.
  10. Well this one is cool build, even if the kit wasn't top quality, you managed to turn it into Show Winner. Paint job is so shiny and smooth, I like the details all over also.
  11. Thanks for the great review of this kit, Doctor! I've been wanting to buy one for long time, but I never had information, what the box includes. It looks and sounds to a very nice kit, so needs to get one.
  12. Very Cool Ford, I like this one alot. Great job on the weathering, and I like that engine choice too. Blower fits nicely under '40 Ford's hood, and single carburetor looks very good on it too. Detailing is incredible.
  13. I built new Turkey Pan. The base part, I mean that the flat area is from the kit, but those "walls" are built from styrene. After little putty, it looks ready for paint. I also installed spark plug wires. Next I'm going to continue by installing headers and stuff like that.
  14. OK, here are the pictures what I tried to upload for my latest update. Photobucket problem was solved quickly and now when the forum is back in business, here we go... Spark Plug Wires On Their Place: New Turkey Pan:
  15. This may not be the most interesting subject for me, but you building skills are great! I always enjoy when watching your work, and actually, that Ferrari 250 is pretty nice car. Grille looks great and paint job turned out great. Can't wait to see more progress.
  16. That sure is nice color. I painted mine almost same shade of Metallic Blue few years ago. Great job on the Impala, everything looks very good on it.
  17. After a Long Break, I continue this one, as a Tribute to Carroll Shelby. I built new Turkey Pan. The base part, I mean that the flat area is from the kit, but those "walls" are built from styrene. After little putty, it looks ready for paint. I also installed spark plug wires. Next I'm going to continue by installing headers and stuff like that. Having problems with the picture uploading, so I post them when I can solve the problem...
  18. Great job on the Camaro FunnyCar! I really like the detail work that you are doing and that fan shroud came out great. I really like seeing these FC builds, and you guys make me wanting to start my Jungle Jim Vega FC...
  19. Great to see Older Monogram kits built too, usually people just build the most recent release of (for example '56 Chevy). It's pretty much the same as Monogram's '57 Chevy so I can tell you that you did amazing job with this and you managed to make it look like real car. Good Job all over, especially the paintjob turned out very shiny and smooth.
  20. Wow this is amazing scratchbuilding. The chassis looks good and you did great job with those wheels and tires too. Body looks very sharp too, keep it going. I'm waiting for more, and taking notes.
  21. Well, I guess I'm on the middle... Sometimes I clear over the decals, but sometimes I just leave them without clearing. But now, when I have practised polishing paint jobs, I have to clear over decals, so I can polish. Decals stay in good condition, and they don't crackle off if they are installed nicely and they are smooth. MicroSol also helps them to stay on their place, I guess.
  22. I've never had that kind of great paints such as Testors' paints, so I painted my carburetors by mixing Revell's #91 Silver and Revell Gold. The result was pretty good, I know you guys could have done it better, but that's how I did and I was happy about it.
  23. Nice build, as always. Nice to see you building these late 60's Muscle Cars too. I really like the Charger, paint turned out awesome and I like the engine detail too. Very clean build over all, but I would added that Bumble Bee stripe. It doesn't look bad like that either, but I think it would give nice finishing touch on this one. Very cool build anyway, keep these coming.
  24. Little update for the Camaro, so I can get it done when the race starts... Ignition wires are installed and I found those headers too, finally. Air Cleaner is installed also, I painted it to match USA Flag colors, stars are just decals. Next step is body work and interior, of course that engine isn't finished either...
  25. Here are some pictures from Cruising in Helsinki, the Capital of Finland.... http://tapahtumakuvia.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Tapahtumat+2012/Cruisings/Helsinki/Stadin+Cruising+4.5.2012/ And from SwapMeet at Espoo Car Museum. http://tapahtumakuvia.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Tapahtumat+2012/Espoon+%C4itienp%E4iv%E4n+Swap+13.5.2012/
