Revell Pro Sportsman kit has great tachometer, with is pretty close of Autometer Sports Comp tachometers. And the best thing is, that there is a shift light. I installed one in my Nova Stocker, and it looks pretty good.

Thanks Guys, I didn't know that there was a electric fan in '65 Stepside, but now I have one installed in the Nova. I just need more of those, and aftermarket parts could be a good choice, I guess.

Very cool Copo Camaro, this is something I want to build also from the new Special Edition kit. You did nice job with the hood scoop, and overall look is just right. Great job with the decals too.

Thanks Tyrone, and Richard! I got to say that Stockers and SuperStockers are my favorites, but after these, I like Pro Mods and Funny Cars the best. Nothing wrong with fast Doorslammers (other than ProMods) too. BMF is on the body now, I think it looks pretty good. Foiling was easy to do. I also installed the radiator parts to the frame. Electric Fan is from Revell '65 Stepside kit, and I wired it with Detail Master's Detail Wire, which is painted red. Radiator hoses are made by me, and hose clamps are just painted on. The windshield washer bottle is installed too, I painted some water there with thin Metallic Red from Humbroll. I'm very happy about how it turned out.

Here are some more pictures, they're from American Car Show-Traditional show. This was the 35th time when American Car Show was held in Finland. http://tapahtumakuvia.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Tapahtumat+2012/American+Car+Show+6-9.4.2012/Friday/ And Here's one Teaser, more at the link above. Yes, that RollsRoyce is built here in Finland.

Revell's New '77 Chevy Van and Jungle Jim's Vega FC. And some HotRod parts, I'll build few HotRods from those, and there are lots of parts too.

The battery is from the box, I just removed molded in battery cables and their connectors, new ones are aftermarket stuff. The plus cable from the starter isn't attached to the battery yet, but that time comes bit later, when the body is on. I connected the fuel line too, but it needs some cleaning before I post a picture.

Thanks Bart, Matti and Andy! Here comes some more pictures, I have finished polishing the Nova. It was bit stressing to start just polishing paintjob, but it's worth it. I know, that this wouldn't be good enough for many of you guys on here, but I got to say that I'm really happy about the first polished paintjob, I've ever done. I guess it's time for BMF.... Brake Master Cylinder is glued on its place, and I connected brake lines to it. The one what goes to the front, it attached to scratchbuilt LineLock. I had to build bracket to LineLock too, it's made from metal wire.

It looks very good. Paint is great, and decals fit nicely, even in that small scale. Great job on the tires and wheels too, they look very good to me. Looks like you managed to fit windows very nicely on place too.
-
Thanks for the picture! I need to start looking for those carburetors. Tire letterings turned out great, very sharp painting. I've never been brave enough to try that kind of lettering, but looks like it's possible to do nicely.

Has anyone built an electric fan to 1/25 scale cars? I know some kits have electric fan molded to the radiator, but I need to build one for the Nova. So how I should build it?
-
And here I have some wiring of that Electric Water Pump Also I saw that end of that upper radiator hose, and mocked it on the engine. I will make new radiator hoses myself.

Thanks Gary and Bill! I must say, that Stock Eliminator and Super Stock are one of the most interesting car categories in Drag Racing. There are some more Stockers on my bench too, and I will finish this one before moving my attention on that Torino, '69 GTO and '87 Thunderbird, and '70 Challenger. Here we have a little update, mostly detail stuff. I bought Holley electric Fuel pump from Model car contest, and I installed fuel lines on that, and they are home made Braided Line. I will connect it to that one in the engine bay tomorrow. I also painted the Brake Master Cylinder, and now I must build LineLock so I can connect those brake lines to the front. But brake line for the rear is already glued to the cylinder. And here's the Brake Master Cylinder so far.

Thanks Scott! This kit is great, and it would be nice to have that Racing version too. White & Red is great color combo, and it fits on almost everything, in Mini too. Thanks.

Wow, Mike, that paintjob looks very good to me. That Mustang is going to be great build when finished. My Mustang is waiting for supercharger, that Special Edition kit don't have one, and the one, I have is way too small. So I'm looking for one from Finland, I hope I can find it soon and get the build going again.

69 Daytona Pro Mod 1/16th scale updated 4/3/12 ..It's a wrap!

After finishing this build, I just wonder, what are you going to build next? Great detail work, and overall it's really nice build, everything just seems to be correctly on their place and that display is great. Paintjob is smooth and shiny too, and I like the wheels and tires. Well-I like everything about it, great job as always, Romell! -
WOW, Here It Is!!! Great job with it, turned out awesome. This might be the best build, I've seen for a while. I have to disagree with Mitch, since it looks like realistic to me- I guess that's how 1:1 Dodge Daytona/Superbird Pro Mods look. But GREAT build overall, detailing is simply amazing and paintjob turned out perfect. Pictures look very good too, the car looks like 1:1 on them.

It looks great as always. Nice job with the belt and those pullies, they look very realistic. I also like that interior so far, you're doing amazing job.I can't remember if it was this kit or not, but can you post a picture of the carburetor which came with the kit?

Camaro has been primered to see, where needs to be sanded, and how much. It looks pretty good actually, better than I thought. I will sand it smooth tomorrow. I also decided to change Tunnel Ram intake manifold to Cross Ram. And Matti's Rambler looks very good so far.

Great to have this in Hobby Shops too. I will buy that Stock Version, and that Tim Flock NASCAR version. Well when there comes a PreOrder or something of that Nascar version, I'll order it right away, before they're sold out. That Stock version needs to be bought bit later, when I have more money.

Thanks Fellas! Erik: Thanks for the tip, it sure is worth trying. I've been thinking about how to get those painted nicely, but using masking tape is so tricky and takes long time before tapes are installed correctly. But that would solve the problem, thanks. Geoff: This was really great kit, parts are sharp and they fit nicely in place. Only tires and that top were tricky to install right, but otherwise it was great kit. Ian: The green thing presents a pillow, which was there in 1:1 car too. Actually it doesn't look as good as I wanted, but it gives a little special touch for this car. Those Brake and Clutch Master Cylinders had to be on that side too, but I didn't think about it good enough. Well, next time then. Thanks everyone again, I really appreciate those kind comments.

WOW, that Vega is Something, I need to get too. Well, maybe some day, right now I have many things to buy... I got this '87 Thunderbird from ChevyCoupe41. Thanks, great basis.

Yeah, Here We Go, the engine is painted with Humbroll MET 53, which is maybe the closest color what I have. I have to say big thanks again to mcandela for the reference pictures.
