I've had a really nice chopped resin Model A Coupe body for quite some time now. I don't remember where I got it from, maybe Flintstone or Replicas in Miniature or Maryland???
I may found out more 'bout the Model A Coupe next month as Revell will probably have a display at our Milwaukee NNL . I'm really "back logged" on newer kits as I haven't even opened my '29 Roadster kit.
I would suggest that you use Tamiya paints as they go on easily and are very forgiving. Don't forget to wash the body and parts before doing any work on them, and use the Tamiya white primer on the body before painting your color coats. I hope this helps.
Snow for us tonight, oh boy, oh joy! Guess I've been spoiled by the mild winter we've had so far. Deal with it, that's what they say. On the other side of the coin, spring isn't too far away.
Real nice job on that Chicago cruiser, only thing I don't like about them is back-in-the-day when they would pull up behind me with their lights flashing. I was in a heap of trouble then.
I've used Chrome Tech USA a few times in the past and never had any problems at all. In fact they had a booth set up at the Du Page model Car & Toy Show yesterday in Wheaton, Illinois. They also plan to be at the upcoming Cedarville Show as well.
I'm partial to having a stateroom with a balcony, to me it's the only way to cruise. I believe the million dollar charge includes a lifeboat of your own, no?
