  3. Brian, you coould always call Don Holthaus on your cell phone and see whats up with the website.
  4. A ton of good information that can be applied to model cars, you mean like the "Shopping Cart" article?
  5. Andy, the SWC Willys was listed in Revell's 2010 catalog, but I don't have a 2011 ctalog handy so I don't know for sure if it has been discontinued. Sorry I can't be of any more help.
  6. www.modelroundup.com has a couple of Parts Pack engines for sale.
  7. AMEN on the respirator advice Paul. I wished that I had been using on all these years as those fumes are also bad for your liver. I really enjoyed ALL the lacquer fumes, but I now realize that I would have been much better off using a respirator while spray painting.
  8. A couple of coats of Dull Cote will take away the shine and it will look more like aluminum. I love Dull Cote over some plated wheels and also on plated "Moon" tanks too.
  9. What's not to enjoy? It looks great!
  10. Thanks Steve, I appreciate it.
  11. Great pics Jeff, thanks.
  12. Some of the larger hobby shops carry clear and colored acetate that works great and is distributed by a company called Midwest. This product is also excellent for making "gasser" windows too.
  13. Awesome results.
  14. Your hobby room looks great and it looks like you have a great "stash" pile also. Good luck with your new hobby room.
  15. Nice job on the 'Vette David.
  16. I'll be getting one to add to my stash of 1/16th scale kits.
  17. Do you have an addy or a flyer for the Circle City show? thanks.
  18. You're right that '61 Plymouth has got to be the ugliest one they have made, however you did a great job and your model came out lookin' SWEEEET!
  19. Great lookin' project and nice start on it also.
  20. Cats ARE special! And you;re lucky the cat didn't wait much longer to tip you off to the danger in your house.
  21. That's a beautiful car Michael as I had one next to me on the highway. It is out of production now as the contract between Mercedes & McLaren has ended almost two years ago. The base price for that car was only $450,000. A bit out of my league but a nice lookin' car just the same. Good luck with your build.
  22. You're right about that Dave, those AMT AWB kits are rather crude.
  23. That's a wicked lookin' "street freak" Tom and a great project as well.
  24. I recently was able to pick up that Texaco Station kit so I will be buying the re-issued Chevy truck kit as well.
