  1. Check out YouTube for Bus Grease Monkey. He recently bought a running 4070A. It's painted in 70's beige and brown and is a real time capsule.
  2. I've been following this series of Your Tube videos since the first one introducing the car. It has been very interesting seeing the respect with which Foose has treated the car.
  3. Great build of a model not often seen built up. Kudos!
  4. #225 just arrived here in central Ontario today. Looks like another great issue!
  5. Has anyone in Ontario, Canada received their copy of issue 225 yet?
  6. Wow! That’s in really nice shape for an Ontario car. Maybe came from down south.
  7. I'm not much of a Porsche guy but that is pretty cool! May be on my to buy list.
  8. Anthony has responded on Spotlight Hobbies board. He has had health issues but is now doing better and slowly getting back to model building.
  9. I’m not sure if they use the vast quantities of salt/chemicals on the roads in Finland as they do here in Ontario, Canada. An unprotected older vehicle here will rust out in a few short years of winters.
  10. If you intend to winter drive it I would go with the Lincoln because who cares if it rusts away. My choice would be the Nova because I like 6 cylinder four door cars but only if it is a summer only car.
  11. I believe Elwood Engel was involved in the design of the Thunderbird as well as the Chrysler Turbine Car when he moved from Ford to Chrysler.
  12. Yes, he built some great teens, 20's and 30's vehicles. I always loved seeing his posts here and elsewhere. No idea what happened to him though..
  13. Well as a Model A owner, I have to say any Model A, any year, any body style. If I were to go further afield, I would say 1940 Ford Coupe, 1937 Cord or a 1941 Lincoln Continental
