  12. Yeah, pretty much what Geoff said. If there are some subassemblies that are to be done one colour like engine or chassis then they will be assembled first.

  20. Joseph, reading the label it should work. Tamiya would also work well and would be stocked at hobby shops in Toronto such as Hornet Hobbies, Wheels & Wings, Hobby King or Daileys Hobbies in Whitby.
