  1. Yeah, I thought Harry was planning on pulling up roots.
  2. Hot off the FedEx truck (literally) ? You robbed a FedEx truck?
  3. Absolutely beautiful build of that Triumph! Harry could almost use it in his Real or Model feature. Kudos.
  4. I'm usually thinking "If this dental hygienist jams that metal pointy probe in my gums one more time I'm gonna kill her…" Models are no where near my mind….. But you have a valid point in that they have some cool tools.
  5. Very cool! Neat take on the red, white and blue. Kudos!
  6. I have a CUV right now. It's a Honda CRV. Why do I have it? Cuz no one builds wagons anymore! (Caveat: Yes, I know Volkswagen does but that's a very limited choice… I can't afford a Cadillac if they still build theirs.) I drove a Focus wagon for years. Come time to replace it no choice but CUV's. I'm just too accustomed to the advantages of that big back area. I can't even begin to imagine living with the likes of a Mustang on a day to day basis. A two door like that would drive me right round the bend. A nice toy for summer maybe but not day to day transport….. But I'm weird that way…..
  7. I tried to resist but couldn't. By the end of the day I left NNL East with one. You will not be disappointed. It is a beautiful piece of work.
  8. Very cool, Chuck! I need to get another chopped coupe kit to get those parts for my MAD chopped woody.
  9. Oh for pity's sake! I was just using the term RX7 as a meaning that it looked more generic like a Japanese/Euro car. I could have said 350Z or what have you. It doesn't have the presence of the current car.
  10. I don't dislike this as much as the ugly new Corvette but it's still not as nice as the current version. This doesn't quite as much look like it was designed by a committee that couldn't agree on anything like the new Corvette. Take the ponies off and it could be the new RX7 or something. Has lost some of it's visual appeal. If I could I would take a 2012-2014 over this. But there again opinions are like everyone has one...
  11. Curses! Fooled again...
  12. Beautiful build on that Ferrari! Replicates the 1:1 really well. Kudos.
  13. We share your grief, Wayne. Three RCMP officers were buried in New Brunswick today due to the same type of action against them.
  14. Hey! It's tomorrow! Thanks, Harry! I can now go do other things…..
  15. Cool idea for a weathered woody. Thanks for the info.
  16. Wow! Beautiful models! They certainly do look real with that photography.
  17. Obviously he didn't mean yesterdays tomorrow….. Hopefully he didn't fall off the ladder and is waiting for his friends from Model Cars to find him.
  18. O.K., Harry, it's tomorrow. Is it fixed yet?
  19. Happy Birthday, Bob! May you have many more.
  20. Good point about Elm City. I have purchased from Scott and he is very good to deal with.
  21. Because shipping from the U.S can be killer. It sucks to pay $12 for a kit and then $35 shipping. Shipping is killing a lot of online & e-Bay buying for Canadians.
  22. I got it right with model last week so I'm going there again this week. Can I hit 2 fer 2?
  23. There used to be one in B.C. that was quite well liked (Model Express?) but he closed down last year or the year before. I know some hobby stores in Toronto like Hornet Hobbies, Wheels & Wings, Sunward Hobbies etc are more than willing to do mail order. But whether there's anyone specializing in mail order in Canada anymore I do not know.
  24. Especially surprising considering how many resin bodies that have come out for the Moebius Hudsons.
  25. Great build. Always love to see a Mark Martin car. Kudos!
