  1. This was done with Tamiya Pure White and Orange from the shaker can and TS-13 Clear decanted and airbrushed:
  2. Supposedly the Italeri although I am trying to find out. I have an original Italeri unbuilt in the stash, so not frothing at the mouth on this one.
  3. I am eagerly awaiting the Ventura. Need to update the build of the Satellite, got behind due to some family matters.
  4. Looks great Tim. I'm not a big fan of this era automobile, but enjoy well done examples. Nice job.
  5. The Revell C1 Corvette Gasser was based on the D&M Corvette (Downers Grove Illinois) car:
  6. Round 2 carries some of them in their reissue description pages and Revell of Germany carries them on their site as well. Round2 site (AMT/MPC/Polar Lights/Lindberg): http://www.round2models.com/ RoG: http://www.revell.de/en/service/download-area.html And Hobby Search carries some in their catalog pages (but they are individual pictures that need download page by page). These are mainly Japanese kits, but some others. Hobby Search: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/car/
  7. The web site for the US distributor shows $15 for "International" and $6 for US.
  8. The problem in getting this stuff from Europe is the same as ordering Zero paints from Steve Hemming. The Hazmat shipping cost has a floor that encourages bulk ordering or not getting at all. As I said, I have yet to order Gravity paints as we are getting the house prepped to sell in the spring and I am trying to use up paint in the stash, including some remaining Cobra Colors. Thanks,
  9. Did you use the web site with a US distributor in Florida http://gravitycolors.com/us/ I have yet to order from them as I using up existing paint before moving. Marcos Cruz from MAMA has used them. If needed, perhaps ping him on FB.
  10. Roy also is on Facebook and does a bunch of posting there.
  11. Not offhand. Aoshima and Fujimi sell similar wheels, but most are 5 bolt patterns not 4 bolt as the picture. You might want to check out the Japanese sites like HLJ and search wheels to see if there is a close match.
  12. Got my F350 Dually sides the other week and, as always, a fantastic job!
  13. It should. Look here: http://manuals.hobbico.com/rmx/85-2860.pdf Model Car Garage has La Salle grills: http://www.modelcargarage.com/store/pc/showsearchresults.asp?idcategory=0&priceFrom=0&priceUntil=999999999&sku=&keyWord=la+salle&customfield=0&resultCnt=6&order=0&Submit.x=0&Submit.y=0
  14. Well, a good start of a track can come from these:
  15. When I applied the Calibre 35 Resin rivets to this VW Woody, I used a microbrush that I just dipped in water. The tension with the rivet was enough to get it into the pre-drilled hole.
  16. Thanks, I missed that one was on today, Much nicer weather than last year
  17. Yes. It is a brush on, not dunk. May need several brushings for stubborn paints.
  18. Just got about a month ago and still deciding what to do with it.
  19. I will when I get a chance. You are asking about the 2010 Camaro fit, right? I am still deciding what to do with this. I may have to wait until after we move. But Chris' stuff sells well and fast. So, if you want it, get it and put it on the shelf.
  20. I have the Camaro kit and it is fantastic. I showed it at our last GTR Club meeting (and a Revell rep attended and also liked it a lot). I did a quick test fit on the Revell 67 kit and it looks pretty good. I was thinking of seeing what the 2010 Camaro chassis or chassis parts might do for a real pro-tourer. The only thing I didn't care that much for was the deep offset on the wheels, particularly the fronts. Not a complaint and the wheels are really nice. Chris is a great person to deal with. I also have a few of his Ferrari transits and wheel sets.
  21. If you are talking the Ford Jukebox drag car, the instructions are here: http://manuals.hobbico.com/rmx/85-4036.pdf It appears to have a Lenco transmission.
