  4. The Chezoom frame is probably the closest 'plastic' pice out there, to the Sniper frame. I wish they would re release the Chezoom, I'm running out!

  6. I subscribe to both magazines, read both forums, and belong to another 20 or so internet / facebook groups.I like both , but think MCM forum is easier to 'navigate'.Some months issures of MCM are better, sometimes SA(no E) is better, I'm just glad we HAVE both to read and enjoy....'Z'
  7. Quickbuilder is a 1 piece 'promo' type, Fullbuilder has independent rear suspensiom, a rather generic front suspension, with a separate dual exhaust system, complete engine and transmission, radiator. The fullbuilder frame, while rather simple, can be detailed (with a little work ) into a pretty good looking unit

  9. This is interesting, walked into Ron Andrews' basement( owner Race Motor Replicas), and Terry Kinnear (of Machined Aluminium Specialties) had a VERY similar project on the bench....De'ja vu ?
  10. ...And the British Isles were once a colony of Rome, IIRC ? (grin)

  14. I seem to recall an old Model cars magazine where either Gregg or Jairus (or both) started this conversion, using the Galaxie Chevy, and the Monogram '39....'Z'
  15. Steve is correct, the headlights are from a Mercedes.
  16. This body was mastered by Terry kinnear, who now is proprietor of Machined Aluminium Specialties; you might contact him for info. Considering what he was given to work with, he did a pretty good job....'Z'
  17. Austin , this may come as a surprise to yez, but some people LIKE camaros....And magazines 'usually' print what sells.....(Just pullin your leg....GRIN)....'Z'
  18. Welcome, you will enjoy being here. One of the best interactive model sites on the internet, IMHO....'Z'
  19. I am looking for one of these if anyone has one they want to get rid of ?...I bought one on line, but it was mainly a box of sprue !....'Z'
