  1. Scott, don't worry about it. You apologized, everyone makes a mistake or two. No one died or is bleeding. It's a hobby. Hope you come back and try another quiz, they are fun. Perry

  3. I knew it was German, but thought MB was too obvious. Perry
  4. Cool car, very nicely done. Saw a replica of Parnelli's Ford at Elkhart Lake for the Vintage. David MacNeil was there with his 250GT TdF too. Must be nice. Perry
  5. Very nice. Could be a 166 Berlinetta or 195S. Great build. Perry

  11. That is really sweet for your student to do that. You’re making a difference in all their lives. Good for both of you. By the way, any relation to Steve Aho from Mankato? Perry
  12. Very nice build of an iconic Le Mans car. Well done. Drivers should be Keke Rosberg and Yannick Dallas. Perry
  13. Exactly. I could see them coming, but you couldn't hear them until they were on you, and past. Of course, at 20,000 feet +, they're pretty undetectable. Perry

  18. That is beyond cool. I really like the rolled down window. I have to try that. Of all the details, I pick that. Well done. Perry
  19. Got a nicer shade of red on the body. It looks shinier than the pictures. A little buffing and it will be good. Perry
  20. Have in the purple bath. Seems to be doing well. Have to see how paint goes again. Perry
  21. It’s a spray can enamel. I have a purple degreaser I’ll try. Perry
  22. Starting on this Camaro for a friend at work. Wish I had a template for the windshield black surround. Hard to mask or hand paint. I see I will have to re-do the dash. Gauges are black with white numbers. One problem I am having is the paint crazed. I primed as I usually do, the sprayed a light mist of the red and let it dry a little. Then sprayed heavier coats. I've done it like this before and it's been OK. Now I need to strip it. What do you all use to strip paint? Perry
  23. Thank you. I have to post some cars now too. Perry
  24. Here's a Helo I did for my son-in-law that flies them. A CH-53E, Academy kit.
  25. Nice to see these Craig. I have seen his work up close and it is super clean and perfect. Perry
