  1. I am also surprised there wasn't a bigger response. Not having this feature has been bothering me for a really long time. I would have imagined others felt the same way too.
  2. On my to do list for the foreseen future I have a bunch of revell fords. To be more specific: Revell 32 Ford Roadster x2 Revell 32 Ford 3-W Coupe x2 Revell 32 Ford 5-W Coupe Revell 32 Ford Tudor Sedan Revell 40 Ford Coupe Revell 40 Ford Convertible Revell 48 Ford Coupe Revell 48 Ford Convertible One day I woke up and decided to abandon all my muscle car and miscellaneous projects and just build revell fords
  3. I see this thread is mostly about Chip Foose, but I would love it if Revell put out a 39 Lincoln Zephyr coupe... or any other company for that matter.
  4. Wow 6 models gave their life for that wagon, but the end result looks well worth it.
  5. Oh that looks amazing. I love that shade of red. What kind of paint is that? Are they both resin kits?
  6. ^ Yeah, I ran into that problem on HAMB couple times where they had a 50+ page thread with a lot of pictures, but it can be avoided by not pressing the view all button when you see that there are many pages. If admins/mods like, they can contact me and I will create this feature for free, in case they don't want to do it themselves. I am a third year computer programmer student and have done a number of things with PHP and MySql before.
  7. I have thought about it too. I know HAMB has one and I use it 90% of the time when viewing a thread, unless it's 50+ pages and I don't want to wait for a week for it to load. Wouldn't take long to implement this feature with php. if ($_GET["all"] == 1) <insert sql select statement to show all posts>
  8. Oh man, I'd love to see what's inside that box.
  9. When I build models I am not looking for 100% correct scale. I am okay with a model being 1/23 or 1/25 when it says 1/24 on the package and so on. However, I think the model should be scaled consistently. What I mean by that is that the engine (and every other part) should be exact same scale as the body (and rest of the car) and look proportional.
  10. Thanks for the box art picture. It's now on my bucket list.
  11. I'm not the biggest fan of Ranchero, but this one is actually quite nice. I like it very much. Good job.
  12. I agree.
  13. Wow. My jaw dropped when I saw the model. Very very nice. I don't believe I've ever seen a 78 Corvette model. Is it a revell kit?
  14. ^I don't think it's the decals that are a problem. The real problem is that Revell threw in decals from A WRONG CAR and called the kit TWO IN ONE, when it's clearly ONE IN ONE kit with a set of WRONG decals that 99% of people don't even care about. If Revell made a legitimate second version with extra custom parts or what ever then no one would be complaining. It's one thing making a regular one in one model, but it's another labeling it a two in one and charging extra money for it as if their customers are stupid.
  15. What kind of green paint did you use for the rims? I love that shade of green.
  16. Is it painted with red oxide primer or is there paint like that'?
  17. That looks very nice. I like it a lot.
  18. WOW! Love it! More pictures would definitely be appreciated. What paint is that?
  19. Thanks for the feedback guys. I have just ordered it from Dean Hobby Stop for 19 + shipping.
  20. I recently came across this kit for sale and the subject matter appealed to me. However, I have never built one or even seen one built. So I would like to know what to expect and if this kit is even worth getting/building. Pics and comments are welcomed. Thanks. This is the kit I'm talking about: (Picture not mine)
  21. ^ or they could have made the "alternate" version a dragster or a gasser or a kustom of some sort. I'm still glad this model is coming out, but I feel that the 2 in 1 is false advertisement here.
  22. That looks great. I'd love a rasin version of that
  23. Oh man that looks so good. I was confused by the first couple pics, but then the result WOW'd me. Great job.
  24. The only pro modeler version I know is the convertible, but this kit is pretty much the same as the streed rod version of the pro modeler, except this one is a coupe. It's a nice kit if you are looking for a street rod and it does not build the stock version since it doesn't have the stock suspension or rims/tires or the steering wheel.
