shape a strip of styrene to the profile of the hinge. slice them baloney style, but get twice as many as you need hinges. then cut halves but with enough past the pivot point to shape the hinge knuckle. then in plan view, cut male & female joints (think tongue & groove joint) and slip the pairs together. then drill each pair for a pin (brass rod .010" - ???). assemble, test operate, and then do final shaping keeping the halves paired so you know they'll work after install. might want to make them a little oversize and shape down in elevation, plan, & section after they're together and consider some type (.010" again?) of mechanical attachment to the body & operating panel for strength in addition to glue.

unless they're for custom bezels, ask in the "wanted" section and someone might have the lenses you need. don't get cheaper'n that.

interesting, and shows how "car lore" can get confusing. in his book Merchants of Speed, Paul Smith shows this car in the first chapter "Ansen Automotive" (pg 13). evidently it was campaigned under two different liveries also, with the Ansen #201 showing up in R&C image #P120778.

never used either to strip, just wash 'n' clean. purple power to strip - has never let me down.
